What is our primary use case?
Our main use case for Zluri SaaS Management is tracking all our e-commerce SaaS applications via a centralized system. We track user activity patterns, manage software spends, and manage renewals and contracts of all our SaaS platforms using a single platform.
For our day-to-day activities, we use about four or five different e-commerce SaaS platforms that need to be managed. Managing the number of users, what kind of users that we need to give access to, and everything across different channels is sometimes hectic. Using Zluri, we centralize everything and manage all our different SaaS platforms centrally. It brings IT back in control with a unified platform. We discover, manage, and optimize our SaaS stack.
What is most valuable?
One main advantage with Zluri SaaS Management is that we got complete control over our SaaS products and complete visibility. We were able to easily understand all our licensing types, all our usages across different applications, the number of users, and everything. This brought more control and more visibility for our business.
One best thing about Zluri SaaS Management is the 360-degree visibility into our SaaS stack. We are easily able to understand how much our spend is and what our usage is. Zluri provides this comprehensive dashboard in which they give us ratings based on what our usage of the platform is. For example, we use this platform called Salesforce where it will tell us whether we are on the right usage track or not, how many active users are there, and how much we are spending. The dashboard is the most useful part about Zluri.
It definitely saves a lot of time for us. With Zluri's dashboard, we are able to optimize spends with user activity insights. We are able to identify and remove unused licenses and redundant apps. Some of our applications, we might not be using for more than six months or seven months. Those become redundant and renewal of those is not required. Zluri identifies these for us and helps us manage them. Also, some applications we might be on the higher version. Zluri helps us downgrade app licenses, thereby saving a lot of revenue for us. We have saved about $30,000 in yearly expenses after the introduction of Zluri SaaS Management.
Being a cloud platform, one thing that is great is we get regular alerts about our software renewals so that we never miss the deadlines. These alerts can also be customized according to our needs, which is also very much useful with Zluri SaaS Management.
What needs improvement?
One feature about Zluri SaaS Management is they have the ability to access reviews from different platforms so that we can post it. This is something that needs to be worked on because it is not very smooth right now. The streamlined user access reviews is not fully automated. That is something that Zluri SaaS Management can work on. Apart from that, I do not have any other major complaints with Zluri SaaS Management.

We have been using Zluri SaaS Management for more than a year.
How are customer service and support?
Support is quite good with Zluri SaaS Management. They are very prompt in their response. I do not have any major complaints.
What was our ROI?
With Zluri SaaS Management, we have been able to save $30,000 worth of expenses in the last year itself because we were able to identify the redundant software. We were able to identify redundant users. We were able to downgrade our software packages in some cases, thereby saving a lot of money for us, which ultimately helps us gain more revenue. Apart from that, we are able to save a lot of time. 25% of our effective work time is being saved with the help of Zluri SaaS Management because all different applications are centrally managed through Zluri SaaS Management.
Earlier when we were having four or five different SaaS platforms, we had to log in inside each platform and check our usage there, check our renewal patterns there, and check our number of use cases there. With Zluri SaaS Management, everything has now been completely centralized. Earlier four people were doing tasks on four different platforms. Now it is just one person doing tasks on Zluri SaaS Management while managing all four applications. This is greatly helpful for us and is how we have been able to save 25% of our overall working time.
What other advice do I have?
Zluri SaaS Management is a highly secure platform and there are strict governance rules that are applicable, which I appreciate very much. The platform is highly secure and the artificial intelligence that Zluri SaaS Management uses is of the highest quality.
Zluri SaaS Management is highly accurate and highly reliable because with the artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence capability that it provides, we are able to identify and mitigate shadow artificial intelligence risks through comprehensive monitoring. The output every time is pretty constant in what it provides. It is highly reliable.
Businesses that want complete control of all their SaaS applications definitely need to invest in a platform Zluri SaaS Management. It gives them complete control, it gives them complete visibility, and I would definitely recommend this software to everybody.
Everything is great with Zluri SaaS Management and I hope it continues. I give this product a rating of 10 out of 10.

What is our primary use case?
I use Zluri SaaS Management to manage all SaaS platforms in a centralized manner. User activity patterns are tracked, software spends are optimized, and renewals and contracts are managed all from a single platform.
Six or seven different paid SaaS platforms are utilized, and Zluri acts as a centralized hub for all of them, providing renewal information, renewal dates, spending details, usage metrics, user counts, and the status of software protection. All this data is obtained using Zluri, making it easy to manage everything in a centralized space.
All SaaS platform data is maintained in Zluri and used to make informed decisions about renewals and usage patterns.
What is most valuable?
The dashboard provided by Zluri SaaS Management is the best feature. It is very intuitive and gives 360-degree visibility into all SaaS applications. The dashboard ranks usage of the application, provides real-time spending details, active user counts, and the authorization level of each user across each application.
The most valuable features are the authorization levels and usage levels as they provide immediate notifications when unauthorized users access the application. This helps maintain data security, and real-time spend tracking proves useful for managing quarterly budgets and future planning.
Zluri SaaS Management has helped identify inactive users and inactive applications, saving approximately $60,000 in the last quarter alone. This has directly impacted overall revenue, leading to a 15% increase. This was primarily accomplished through the dashboard and automated alerts that Zluri provides.
Zluri offers AI integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSake, and others, but the accuracy of these integrations is not yet 100%. The output provided by Zluri SaaS Management is highly reliable. However, in terms of accuracy, the consistency is not maintained as of now, and more work could be done on maintaining consistency.

The platform started with seven applications and is currently using 10, with about 17 users on the platform, and no stability issues have been experienced.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support team is knowledgeable and highly skilled at what they do. They are also quite responsive, warranting a very high rating.

Zluri SaaS Management was the first solution used for SaaS management, and no previous solutions were used.

The setup is straightforward and easy. It took hardly about one week to get everything set up and onboarded, making it a smooth process.

Zluri SaaS Management is pretty easy to understand and straightforward. It does what it says—it is a SaaS management platform. The dashboard, reports, and analytics present data in a simpler manner, making it easier for different users to understand. Additionally, it has helped save significantly on wastages, which is unique about this platform.
Zluri SaaS Management is one of the most secure platforms due to its patented discovery management system, making the AI-based integrations more secure and direct. No security concerns have been experienced as of now.
Zluri SaaS Management is one of the best platforms for managing different SaaS products. The customer support is very good, and the product dashboards are equally impressive. There are hardly any complaints about the product, and it is hoped that it continues in the same manner in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri gives us clear, actionable visibility into our SaaS environment in one place. We can see application usage, inactive users, service accounts, spend, and contracts without relying on multiple spreadsheets or manual reconciliation. The inactive-user views, optimization reports, and custom dashboards (including AI apps and critical applications) make it easy to identify cost-saving and governance opportunities. Overall, it has helped us move from basic visibility to structured SaaS governance and ongoing optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some application integrations require additional setup or validation to ensure usage data is fully accurate, which can take time during onboarding. Contract and spend data still depend heavily on the quality and completeness of uploaded source documents, so there is some manual effort involved upfront. For non-technical users, the number of features and views can feel overwhelming at first, and it takes some time to understand where to focus for day-to-day management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri solves the lack of centralized visibility and control over SaaS applications. Before Zluri, application usage, licenses, spend, and contracts were spread across different systems and spreadsheets, making it difficult to manage costs and enforce governance. With Zluri, we now have a single source of truth that shows who is using what, which licenses are inactive, where spend is concentrated, and when contracts are renewing.
This has benefited us by enabling proactive license optimization, better budgeting and renewal planning, and stronger SaaS governance. Features like inactive-user tracking, optimization reports, service account classification, and custom views for critical and AI applications allow us to reduce waste, manage risk, and make data-driven decisions instead of reacting after costs are incurred.

What do you like best about the product?
In our company, the automated access request process for subscribed applications involves several approval steps to ensure that the user genuinely requires the software. These approvals are routed through the manager and the application lead before a license is assigned.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is GAME CHANGER for access audits. It has truly saved us during audits. We have visibility of what software is assigned to users in one place, which has been EXTREMELY helpful for offboardings. It has all the features to help us grow as a company. A nice - one stop shop. It's extremely user friendly and easy to use and get familiar with.

What do you like best about the product?
Several positives stand out with the experience at Zluri. First the team at Zluri is always helpful and looking to find ways to support our team and find ways to improve our use of Zluri. Second, the ease of integration really made onboarding simple and easy. Lastly, the ease of integration enabled us to quickly start making use of the access review feature to improve our workflow and save us time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has a lot of potential i our organization to automate and streamline process, and will be especially useful for budgeting and tracking purposes. Our onboarding team has been highly skilled, collaborative, and communicative. They have listened to our feedback and worked to tailor our build to fit our needs.

While the Zluri interface was a bit hard for me to navigate at first, the Zluri V2 interface is a major upgrade in usability and navigation.
