Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of the DXC Assure Platform SaaS subscription actually cover?
One unit represents access to the cloud-based insurance platform, scoped to your deployment. Pricing is quoted on request, so the vendor defines the unit during scoping. The platform covers policy, billing, and claims operations across life, annuity, property and casualty, and specialty lines. Contact the vendor to confirm how units map to your operations.
How is this priced — a fixed rate or a scoped subscription?
This is a contract with pricing quoted on request, not a fixed published rate. You do not select set tiers or instance sizes. Instead, you engage the vendor to scope a subscription for the platform. The vendor tailors cost to your deployment. Request a quote to learn exact figures and terms.
What is included when I subscribe, and can it connect to my existing systems?
The subscription covers a cloud-based platform for policy, billing, and claims, hosted on AWS. It includes integration layers so you can connect existing legacy and third-party systems without wholesale replacement. Automation, AI-driven insights, and hosting services are part of the environment. Exact scope depends on the deployment the vendor scopes for you.
