Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Onboarding Roadmap:
Each phase involves specific agendas and tasks, with roles assigned to different client and Protex AI teams. The roadmap ensures a structured and collaborative approach to implementing Protex AI solutions.
Installation:
After installing the Protex Edge Device, data collection begins, generating site-specific models from curated images. This process is repeated as needed for accuracy. A validation phase follows to ensure all cameras, objects, and integrations are functioning properly. Once validated, dates are set for the next stages: Enablement and Adoption.
Enablement:
We conducts two workshops and an open forum. Workshop 1 covers logins, an introduction to Protex AI, and the design of rules, tags, and the initial campaign. Workshop 2 reviews data, summarizes new events, and discusses findings. The open forum addresses Q&A, corrective actions, rule design, and troubleshooting.
Adoption:
In the first 60 days of adoption, weekly meetings should focus on best practices for implementation, review campaign data, and assess user activity and event quality. After 30 days, evaluate the effectiveness of data insights and process changes, review the initial campaign's progress, and discuss corrective actions and their impact on business goals.
Post Onboarding Support:
After onboarding, your dedicated account manager will be available to help your team maximize the value of our solution. They will ensure that your team is fully trained and up-to-date with the latest features and ongoing product enhancements.
