Each tier sets a fixed monthly credit ceiling tied to your yearly file count. When your volume grows past that ceiling, you move to a higher credit tier. The transition is a manual change to your contract, not an automatic per-file overage charge.

Vendor refund policy
The Agreement starts on the date of first access to fileAI and continues until terminated ("Term"). Customers can cancel a subscription early but no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees must be paid through the Current Term. For annual subscriptions, customers can terminate with 60 days notice and for monthly subscriptions, with 30 days notice. fileAI may also terminate, for no reason or any reason, with 30 days notice. Cancellation notice must be emailed to support@file.ai .
