Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
Works best for my team as we’re all remote in different states. Real time saving, efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any issues overall, but when we travel and have to rely on slower WiFi speeds, the app is slow too. Aside from that, everything has been good for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to keep our work centralized, which makes it easier to stay organized and aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
LucidLink makes remote files feel like they are stored locally. The streaming file system is fast and reduces the need to download large files. Setup is straightforward and the interface is clean. It works well for teams that need shared access without dealing with constant file syncing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can depend on internet speed, so slower connections can affect the experience. Pricing may feel high for smaller teams. There can also be a slight learning curve for users who are new to cloud-based file systems.

What do you like best about the product?
We've tested out a lot of other platforms and they and are yet to find one that souls our video production remote post production solution fully. Lucid has been great for combining our in-house teams to the same projects with ease and speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to be able to make it possible for us to provide links to the projects with freelances which as you can appreciate is a large part of the modern day production environment

What do you like best about the product?
LucidLink provide cloud based storage looks like local drive for team to access and upload some of files and can work around on that. It also allow real time collaboration with other that can share filespace with other .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only that I dislike is it can sometime feel slow in quality and speed of internet connection when it comes to unstable connection. And pricing can be another view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps to overcome situation of like handling large files with other team members and like easy to share, sync and all other functions made super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It just never really worked the way I wanted it to.

So many issues at the setup stage and quite clunky and not the cheapest.
