What do you like best about the product?

A great way to integrate a large team of post-production professionals across multiple areas using a single shared source of data. All you need is a computer with a decent internet connection, and you can get started right away with minimal syncing and file downloads. The classic pricing with Wasabi is quite affordable for the level of service you receive. There is plenty of support available. There is no AI integration which I see as a bonus. User interface is pretty much your own computer system, it runs in the background.

What do you dislike about the product?

The new pricing is very expensive per TB. And if you don't have a strong internet connection you are pretty much locked out of using the system as caching files takes quite a long time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was the best solution to have an online shared raid for mutable users, with the performance needed to work even with video editing in real time. No more having to sync files back and forth to you computer, running an expensive incomplete local drive of data that doesn't match up to anyone else's set of data. You can work like everyone would work if they were all on a LAN sharing the same raid data, but spread across the globe.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how well it integrates with my Mac. The UI is easy enough to use, and once I connect and it shows up as a folder, the whole experience feels completely native. The workflow feels natural, almost as if I were editing locally.

What do you dislike about the product?

This isn’t necessarily a problem with LucidLink; it may have been more about how our team set things up. That said, I did run into some weird account issues a while back.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

it's a great way to upload large quantities or qualities of files — I use it for video editing and it's been useful in collaboration across multiple users

What do you like best about the product?

Lucidlink gave us an ideal cloud solution that provides great performance whether the user is in the office, working from home or on the road. Also supporting SSO is a feature we always value and look for when evaluating solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?

We occasionally have to re-establish the authentication to the client. Not being able to share a link to outside users for review. I believe this is a feature that is in development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

LucidLink seamlessly supports our hybrid workforce, enabling users to work efficiently from the office, home, or on the road. Its fast and reliable performance along with an easy user experience have made it an excellent solution for our organization.

The loading time is quicker than any other system we have used in the past

Overall it is very user friendly, but sometimes navigating is a little difficult

Lucidlink is solving the problem of sharing large files across multiple states and countries in a quick and safe way

What do you like best about the product?

I like that with LucidLink, video editing files are in the cloud, so I don't need to carry a hard drive or upgrade my internal storage space. It's super convenient because all I need is internet access, and I can work anytime, anywhere. The ability to send destination links to collaborators is also a big plus for me as it makes sharing fast and easy. Also, the initial setup was pretty fast and easy, which was a relief.

What do you dislike about the product?

The slow loading of thumbnails, and there are a couple of instances where saved project files were lost but remembering saving them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find LucidLink saves storage space, makes sharing files and passing projects to teammates easy, allows access to files in the cloud without extra storage, and offers quick and easy collaboration with just an internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?

I find LucidLink to be pretty reliable and very versatile. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, and the users I deal with have had no problems at all. It just works well.

It does occasionally disconnect and not auto reconnect. This does happen less frequently now though

I use LucidLink to manage files across multiple locations, giving people access to the same file system without needing a VPN, which is essential for meeting rendering deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to have organised workflows, and share projects with other team mates, very fast and secure

No major downsides, its been very smooth sailing

It’s significantly improved the way we work with freelancers. Being able to access files without downloading them first is especially useful and makes collaboration much smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m constantly having to update it, and sometimes it glitches, which means we can’t access certain things when we need to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transferring files between team members quickly, without having to download them first. It's freeing up space in our Sharepoint and Dropbox systems

the way you deal with users, space and pinning the folders needed. its gives you speed on your network of trusted people

the limitation thoiugh movibile app. Somethimes as administrator I would like to have the tools i Have on the desktop app

I avoid tro have a big storage in my office, flexibility to work globally with nice talented people

The possibility of transfers archives through cloud service, with a fair price

The plans options has changed. We don't have the same plan available anymore (for $20.00)
