    Overview

Unified observability, deployed in your AWS account

Kloudfuse brings metrics, logs, traces, events, real user monitoring and continuous profiling into one observability data lake that runs inside your own AWS account. It installs on Amazon EKS with a Helm chart, stores telemetry in Amazon S3 in your account, and integrates with Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Lambda and AWS CloudTrail.

    Your AWS account. Your data.

The Kloudfuse data plane runs entirely inside your VPC, and all telemetry stays in your AWS account. Kloudfuse runs as Self-SaaS, our managed bring-your-own-cloud (BYOC) model, with Kloudfuse operating the control plane that monitors the health and lifecycle of your deployment. S3 access uses IAM roles, with optional AWS KMS encryption, and data in transit is encrypted with TLS.

    Native AWS integrations

    • Amazon CloudWatch metrics and logs through Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose, including Lambda, VPC Flow Logs, API Gateway and ECS logs
    • AWS resource enrichment with EC2 tags and CloudWatch Container Insights metrics
    • AWS Lambda metrics, traces and logs through the Kloudfuse Lambda extension layer, plus AWS CloudTrail audit events
    • Visibility into EKS clusters, nodes, pods and namespaces
    • Log archives stored in Amazon S3, managed from the UI or a REST API

Works with the agents you already run

Kloudfuse accepts data from the OpenTelemetry Collector, the Datadog Agent and Fluent Bit.

Built for regulated and AI workloads

For FedRAMP environments, Kloudfuse installs on EKS with FIPS-validated AMIs, alongside Amazon RDS, Amazon ElastiCache and Amazon MSK. Dexter, the Kloudfuse AI SRE, investigates incidents, and the Kloudfuse MCP server lets AI assistants query your telemetry.

Used in production by Zscaler, GE HealthCare, Automation Anywhere, Innovaccer and Workday. Kloudfuse is HIPAA compliant, FIPS 140-3 compliant and supports GDPR requirements.
