What do you like best about the product?

The support is really good. It was created by engineers and sold to us by engineer. Nothing I can't stand more is smarmy sale folk. Because Libra was demoed by engineers that use it, it sold us.

I like the fact you can see a phishing e-mail that may get through, but then over the day, you'll see Libra realise and start to block all the newer ones that come in over the day.

What do you dislike about the product?

Needs to be a lot more users guides. The support is really good when I raise a ticket but if they hired someone to sit down and do a lot of guides, then they'd probably get less tickets raised. I know some of my tickets are for stuff that should be a in a user guide.

I didn't like, in the new update, that you couldn't, from an e-mail preview, add it to the blocklist anymore but that appears to have been fixed now and is back.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Catches lots of spam, lots of phishing. I've actually watched it start blocking a phishing e-mail during a day as it learned what it actually was. Yes it made a mistake in letting it through first but the next few e-mails that came in it correctly blocked.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of setup and access to policies, and the speed and effectiveness of assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it takes a little work over time to "train" the spam filter for new SPAM emails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Libraesva helps me above all to block SPAM emails and my users save time because they don't have to constantly delete useless emails, because Libraesva takes care of it.

Libraesva ESG is a powerfull anti-spam, it is very easy to use for both users and administrators. The search result are very detailed and easy the troubleshooting. The cloud VM version managed by libraesva is another plus, monitoring and upgrade is all done by the vendor.
Also the support is very prepared and the answer time is low.

As a system integrator, ESG is the anti-spam system we propose to our customer. In 1 day the system is ready to go live.

What do you dislike about the product?

If I have to say something, the quarantine report that the administrator receives includes all messages from all users, there is no option to limit it to your own messages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They helped me analyze audit logs to understand some anonymous accesses via a function released by links in quarantine reports. In new setups, to enable functions via new settings and for a problem with o365 integration.

What do you like best about the product?

Libraesva is very efficient at combating spam and phishing emails. It offers numerous checks and features an integrated AI to analyze incoming messages. The interface is user-friendly for both end users and administrators. Installation is straightforward, with packages available for your preferred hypervisor. You can easily connect it to Office 365, Google Workspace, LDAP, or other authentication methods. The support is excellent and available in multiple languages.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike that there is no access to the CLI, which makes advanced troubleshooting more difficult.
