What do you like best about the product?

I especially like the high effectiveness in filtering spam and phishing, combined with ease of management. The interface is clear, the features are comprehensive, and the system requires little maintenance, allowing us to save time in IT management. The installation was simple thanks to the support from the partner. Additionally, using Libraesva Email Security together with our corporate email environment allows us to centralize the management of email threats and improve visibility on security events.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are no particular aspects that we dislike. It meets our needs and we are very satisfied with the solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Libraesva Email Security significantly reduces spam and phishing, protects against malware, and improves security by reducing IT management workload.

What do you like best about the product?

The simplicity of use, versatility, and the possibility of integration. Additionally, as a reseller, I am able to integrate an MSP program that meets business needs both from a commercial and technical standpoint.

Nothing relevant. Overall, it is a complete and mature system.

I am able to manage the email flow in a detailed and thorough manner. I avoid spam and malicious links that help me and my clients to increase overall security.

Some convenient features are missing, such as the definitions of autoresponders for specific addresses. Generate transport rules

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coming from another mail Gateway, I noticed that the daily effort has almost disappeared. What is blocked in the vast majority of cases is correctly so, and where there is doubt, the embedded tools are excellent for verification.

What do you like best about the product?

The configuration has an immediate impact. Possibility to intervene in detail with a very user-friendly interface. With SGV in Cloud, there is "human" monitoring by the LibraESVA staff; we were contacted a couple of times for reporting ongoing anomalies.

What do you dislike about the product?

In the email search, the Yesterday filter only takes emails from yesterday and not SINCE yesterday.

The operations to analyze and manage the quarantine of users are very intuitive.

The effectiveness of the solution with its multiple layers of security and an intuitive interface

In the outgoing email control, although it has Account Takeover Protection, it is necessary that an account that violates the quota be permanently restricted from sending external emails without administrator intervention.

Thanks to Libraesva, we have effectively solved the problems related to spam and phishing, also achieving more accurate and comprehensive control of email. I have no negative reports to mention.

There is not much to dislike. The product is reliable and effective, but some advanced reporting and configuration features could be more intuitive. Overall, these are minor improvements rather than significant issues.

Libraesva Email Security helps us prevent phishing, spam, and malware attacks. This reduces risk, improves user productivity, and gives us confidence that our business communications are well protected.

Blocking phishing emails and preventing impersonation.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the support because they are technically prepared. Furthermore, I appreciate that Libraesva Email Security performs numerous checks at many levels of the email flow, from traditional ones to the use of AI engines. The management panel is quite intuitive and very well-made reports are available with the possibility to customize them. The integration with 365 is quick and the cost-to-value ratio of the solution is excellent. From a performance standpoint, with only 2 appliances, I am able to provide a service to about 500 users.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the management of the MSP type a bit difficult because many functions are at a global level. It would be useful to be able to insert predefined filters to work on groups of domains or on a single domain at a time to create custom filters. Currently, some of these functions can only be done partially.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Libraesva Email Security drastically reduces clicks on phishing emails by blocking them all. Additionally, we manage to block compromised accounts thanks to the outbound mail control features. The autonomous granular management of quarantine reports by users is valuable.

What do you like best about the product?

It's integrated very well with Office/365 and with ourt SoC

What do you dislike about the product?

At the moment I've not to write about this.
