Hit and Miss
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is much better than our previous product and navigating the admin centre is usually pretty quick and seamless. Also I like how emails are displayed when you are searching for them.
I think generally the design is fairly intuitive.
Customer support has generally been quick to respond and are usually quite helpful (depending who the person is)

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had quite a few teething problems, there are some things that just straight up break with Libra which we weren't really made aware might be a possibility beforehand and some of them can't be fixed. (Outlook Tasks for eg)
Sometimes the admin centre will randomly make you log in repeatedly as you are navigating around which is quite annoying.
I also don't really like the UI of the Archiver, it's ok if you are just looking at one inbox but when you are searching for loads of emails from various sources I'd prefer it to look more like the ESG.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's hopefully stopping users getting malivious emails, this helps prevent data breaches and malware on devices
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very nice support assistance, provide a good protection and customozation for all kind of Company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not very end user friendly, It requires to give a lot of information to users in order to use their function.

Email security, gives also a good tracking aboit email and Is a good help on emails related problems

Ease of use, quick response, excellent technical support. Great spam filter + excellent integration with MS

nothing particular to report, perhaps the only flaw is that it occasionally lets through emails that are clearly spam

Tool that speeds up email security. Its high customization and ease of use allow for rapid implementation with very little effort.
The best e-mail security gateway
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Linux enthusiast and spent a few years developing a mail gateway with Postifx, SpamAssasin, and other security tools. When I first discovered LibraEsva, I thought this was the goal of all my work: excellent design, a comprehensive and intuitive user experience, designed for multi-domain and multi-client management. It also includes many other security features: the ability to sign outgoing mail with DKIM (without having to configure the internal MTA), sandboxing for URLs and files, and the ability to remove active scripts from attached documents, easy to integrate with many mail system. But what I really appreciate is the detailed message view: I can see everything about an email, its delivery, and even whether it's not delivered (which is important). I can inspect the message header and help the client pinpoint the cause of delivery issues. Finally, their technical support is fast and effective. A heartfelt thanks to the LibraEsva team!

To be honest, I don't think I have anything negative to report about this solution.

LibraEsva helped me solve the huge problem of unwanted email traffic and gave me the opportunity to offer to my customers excellent e-mail system protection.

LibraEsva ESG allows us to have full control over our entire mail flow while providing flexible protection against spam and, most importantly, against viral, malware, phishing, and ransomware attacks on perimeter email traffic

Advanced and flexible custom filter rules; Effective machine learning that greatly enhances filtering; Log search is very fast and efficient; Regular and powerful updates; The support team is quick to reply and always finds the best solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any real drawbacks. In rare cases, updates took a bit longer to install, but the issue was always quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Libraesva is solving problems with spam, viruses, and phishing (including whaling). The filtering is very accurate, users are satisfied, and the time needed to analyze emails is always short.

I have been using Libra for many years, and it has never ceased to combine remarkable effectiveness with surprisingly low hardware and configuration requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find any faults with its use. Perhaps some configurations could be moved to the mail domain level rather than the appliance level. If you use one appliance for each domain, there are no problems.

Spam control with ease of use for the end user and verification of the danger of attachments and links.

This antispam product is user friendly but still is also working real good.

Some features can be imporved, i think one of them is whaling.

Libra Esva help us to keep a high level of security in our mail flow, and also we use it to provide antispoam services to our customers.
