Definitely one of the best anti-spam solutions on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva ESG is a powerfull anti-spam, it is very easy to use for both users and administrators. The search result are very detailed and easy the troubleshooting. The cloud VM version managed by libraesva is another plus, monitoring and upgrade is all done by the vendor.
Also the support is very prepared and the answer time is low.
As a system integrator, ESG is the anti-spam system we propose to our customer. In 1 day the system is ready to go live.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to say something, the quarantine report that the administrator receives includes all messages from all users, there is no option to limit it to your own messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me analyze audit logs to understand some anonymous accesses via a function released by links in quarantine reports. In new setups, to enable functions via new settings and for a problem with o365 integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva is very efficient at combating spam and phishing emails. It offers numerous checks and features an integrated AI to analyze incoming messages. The interface is user-friendly for both end users and administrators. Installation is straightforward, with packages available for your preferred hypervisor. You can easily connect it to Office 365, Google Workspace, LDAP, or other authentication methods. The support is excellent and available in multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no access to the CLI, which makes advanced troubleshooting more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Libraesva Email Security addresses issues such as advanced threats, phishing, spam, and data leaks by offering a comprehensive, AI-driven defense system. It effectively filters out harmful content, detects potentially dangerous behavior, and safeguards against business email compromise.

What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva keeps your mailbox clean and under control by stopping anything that could be harmful or malicious to the user. It performs deep and accurate analyses of everything that passes through, including compressed archives. It’s an excellent cybersecurity product that helps users protect themselves from everyday attacks and from the occasional oversight that an average user might make. Its real strength lies in the product’s specialization and in its ability to be fine-tuned to the specific needs of its users. It’s a system that’s easy to integrate and benefits from fast, reliable support. The software is simple to use for the most common tasks, while the multilingual support team steps in for more complex operations, thanks to the ability to remotely access and manage the system. The steps for implementing it within the infrastructure are quick and straightforward, whether you choose a cloud-based appliance or an on-premise solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can happen that some senders have issues with SPF or DKIM, which may cause their messages to be blocked. In these cases, simply adding them to the welcome list isn’t enough — you need to adjust specific filters and create custom rules to ensure their emails are delivered. However, it’s nothing too difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Libraesva effectively tackles the problem of daily incoming spam and phishing emails. Thanks to its in-depth attachment analysis, it’s able to detect and neutralize threats that often — and most dangerously — come through email attachments.
Excellent Email Protection, Though Setup Could Be Simpler

Libraesva Email Security is the better software to protect your mail. It works fine and it is appreciate very wery from our customers

Many customers have received counterfeit phishing or whaling emails, with Libraesva Email security they no longer receive them.

I also value the comprehensive reporting and message trace capabilities, which help me quickly investigate delivery problems or review how particular emails were handled.
Another notable advantage is its integration with Microsoft 365 and other platforms, enabling smooth mail flow and centralized management. Overall, Libraesva Email Security provides me with a strong sense of control and visibility over my email protection, without introducing unnecessary complexity.

One aspect I find less appealing about Libraesva Email Security is that the interface can occasionally be sluggish, particularly when accessing detailed message logs or generating large reports. Additionally, although the system offers robust features, some of the more advanced configuration options are not instantly intuitive—you need to invest time to fully grasp how the policies and rules are structured. Lastly, I think the user notifications and quarantine reports could benefit from greater customization, both in layout and frequency. While these are relatively minor concerns, addressing them would help make the overall experience even more seamless.

False positives are extremely rare (virtually nonexistent), while almost all emails intended for interception are effectively blocked.
The price of the product is lower than the gain that LibraEsva ESG guarantees in terms of security and time saved in examining incoming emails.
I really appreciate the ability to replace links in email texts, allowing a sandbox to be used before accessing the linked content.
On the rare occasions when I feel the need to consult it, the support is excellent and resolves issues quickly.

Really there are no downsides. All is OK.

Every day, every moment, LibraEsva ESG correctly filters the huge amount of email my company receives. The work it does is invaluable and now indispensable. Thousands of spam, phishing, scam, and other emails don't reach their destination. This ensures all staff receive only the emails they need.
Hit and Miss
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is much better than our previous product and navigating the admin centre is usually pretty quick and seamless. Also I like how emails are displayed when you are searching for them.
I think generally the design is fairly intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had quite a few teething problems, there are some things that just straight up break with Libra which we weren't really made aware might be a possibility beforehand and some of them can't be fixed. (Outlook Tasks for eg)
Sometimes the admin centre will randomly make you log in repeatedly as you are navigating around which is quite annoying.
I also don't really like the UI of the Archiver, it's ok if you are just looking at one inbox but when you are searching for loads of emails from various sources I'd prefer it to look more like the ESG.

it's hopefully stopping users getting malivious emails, this helps prevent data breaches and malware on devices

Easy to use, very nice support assistance, provide a good protection and customozation for all kind of Company.

Is not very end user friendly, It requires to give a lot of information to users in order to use their function.

Ease of use, quick response, excellent technical support. Great spam filter + excellent integration with MS

nothing particular to report, perhaps the only flaw is that it occasionally lets through emails that are clearly spam

Tool that speeds up email security. Its high customization and ease of use allow for rapid implementation with very little effort.
The best e-mail security gateway
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Linux enthusiast and spent a few years developing a mail gateway with Postifx, SpamAssasin, and other security tools. When I first discovered LibraEsva, I thought this was the goal of all my work: excellent design, a comprehensive and intuitive user experience, designed for multi-domain and multi-client management. It also includes many other security features: the ability to sign outgoing mail with DKIM (without having to configure the internal MTA), sandboxing for URLs and files, and the ability to remove active scripts from attached documents, easy to integrate with many mail system. But what I really appreciate is the detailed message view: I can see everything about an email, its delivery, and even whether it's not delivered (which is important). I can inspect the message header and help the client pinpoint the cause of delivery issues. Finally, their technical support is fast and effective. A heartfelt thanks to the LibraEsva team!

To be honest, I don't think I have anything negative to report about this solution.

LibraEsva helped me solve the huge problem of unwanted email traffic and gave me the opportunity to offer to my customers excellent e-mail system protection.
