Clickly - ECS Fargate Deployment
- Amazon ECS
Container image
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

Overview
Clickly is a comprehensive URL shortening and link management platform built for marketers, businesses, and teams. Deploy directly from AWS Marketplace into your own AWS account with a single CloudFormation stack.
LINK MANAGEMENT
Create short links from any URL with auto-generated 7-character codes or custom slugs. Use your own domain for professional, branded short links. Add titles, descriptions, and associate links with campaigns. Set expiration dates so links automatically deactivate. Toggle links active or inactive without deleting them. Generate downloadable QR codes for any short link. Search links by title or URL and sort by name, clicks, or creation date.
ANALYTICS
Track total and unique clicks per link with real-time updates. Visualize click activity over 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or custom date ranges. View country, region, and city-level geographic click data. See device type, browser, and operating system breakdowns. Identify traffic sources with referrer analysis and channel detection (direct, social, email, search). Automatic parsing and storage of UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content). Drill into hourly click breakdowns for any specific date. Filter dashboards by country, device, channel, browser, OS, or referrer. IP addresses are masked in analytics views for privacy.
CAMPAIGNS
Organize links into campaigns for coordinated marketing efforts. View aggregated analytics across all links in a campaign including click trends, geographic data, device stats, and channel breakdowns. Assign and reassign links to campaigns at any time. Delete campaigns without affecting the underlying links.
TEAM COLLABORATION
Create teams with dedicated workspaces for shared link management. Four-tier role-based access control: Owner (full management including deletion and ownership transfer), Admin (invite members, manage roles, full link and campaign access), Member (create and edit links and campaigns), and Viewer (read-only access). Invite team members by email and accept or decline invitations directly from the dashboard. Switch seamlessly between personal and team workspaces. Links, campaigns, and analytics are isolated per team.
USER MANAGEMENT AND AUTHENTICATION
Secure authentication powered by Amazon Cognito with email and password sign-up and sign-in. Email verification required for new accounts. User approval workflow where new sign-ups enter a pending state for administrator review. Admin dashboard for viewing pending users and approving or rejecting access. Self-service profile management including name, email, password changes, and account deletion. Self-service password reset via Cognito.
DASHBOARD
Overview statistics showing total links, total clicks, and total campaigns. 30-day click trend line chart. Top performing links pie chart. Recent links with quick access. Light and dark theme toggle. Built-in help guide covering every feature.
