Dimensions summary
You buy the Bayzat Platform on a per-user basis under a contract commitment. Pricing scales with the number of Seats, which are the active accounts your employees use to access the platform. You set the maximum number of Seats when you sign the Order Form. If you need more Seats during the term, you can request them; they are charged pro-rata for the time left until your term ends. Fees are based on Seats purchased, not actual usage. This single dimension covers HR tools like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee recordkeeping.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A Seat is an active account you provide to a User so they can access the platform. A User can be an employee, consultant, contractor, or agent. Each active account counts as one Seat. If someone leaves, you can reassign their account to a new User for that Seat.
You request additional Seats and, subject to approval, get an invoice for them. Each added Seat is charged pro-rata for the time left until your Order Expiry Date. Payment becomes due immediately. Your term end date does not change. Seats once added and charged are non-refundable.
No. The platform connects with biometric devices like fingerprint scanners and facial recognition systems. Any integration costs, including third-party services, equipment, or related expenses, are billed separately and paid by you. These charges are not covered by your per-Seat platform fee.

simplicity of the app , easy to use , ser friendly app , documents control, attendance check, reporting module these features makes it a compatible software for HR

nothing specific everything is ok and easy to use , document upload was the easiest, also the app is user friendly. salary slip feature and tempalte is easy to pull

is good and compatible. no problems faced so far. easy to use and user friendly software nothing is there that makes the software difficult to use or implement and use
