AI Readiness Assessment The success of an AI solution is just as dependent on the use case it is to be applied and expected business outcomes as is the technology to be used. During this assessment workshop our data scientists and architects will evaluate your needs, gauge your data readiness by asking hard questions about data availability, stewardship, and cleanliness. Upon completing the assessment, you will be provided with a suitable uses case and a path forward to achieving your AI goals.

Collaborative Workshop (1 - 2 Days) This is a 2-part engagement consisting of an initial evaluation of readiness, followed by a 1-2 day (free) collaborative workshop for qualifying clients (limited availability).

Part 1 - Use Case Evaluation (online) Everyone's data strategy is at a different level of maturity, IO Connect Services assess your AI readiness by asking:

• What do you want to achieve with AI?
• Describe the use case you wish to apply?
• Do you have the relevant data?
• What is the state of data, distilled and cleansed?
• Where is the data and on what platform?
• What is the quantity of data?
• Has your business experimented with AI before and how was the experience?

IO Connect Services Data Scientist and Solution Architects will evaluate your answers to get an understanding of readiness for the next stage and ensure the right team members are available to support step 2. We will contact you during this process to attain additional information and update you as to our understanding and next steps.

Part 2: Collaborative Workshop During this part of the engagement our engineers and architects will work closely with your team members to understand your environment, use case in detail, AI success criteria providing you with:

• Use Case Validation & scope
• Recommended approaches
• Data Remediation suggestions
• Platform readiness score
• Issues / Concerns
• Security / Compliance
• Proof of concept outline

Upon completion of the assessment you will have a solid understanding of which Amazon Web Services AI technologies such as Amazon Q, Amazon Quicksight, Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock or Amazon Sagemaker can be utilized in your deployment.
