Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You pay per use across three service groups, with each dimension billed independently. Speech-to-text options bill per second of audio; the WebSocket, REST, and Batch endpoints share one rate, while the Diarization option adds speaker identification at a separate rate. Text-to-speech options (WebSocket, Stream, and REST) bill per character of input text. Text Translate also bills per character. Document digitization bills per page processed. Costs scale directly with how much audio, text, or how many pages you send. You choose only the endpoints your application needs.

Speech-to-text bills per second of audio transcribed, rounded up to the nearest second in each request. The WebSocket, REST, and Batch endpoints use one rate; the Diarization option, which identifies individual speakers, uses a separate rate. Your cost tracks the length of audio you process.
Text-to-speech and Text Translate bill per character of input text, rounded up to the nearest character in each request. Rates are stated per 10,000 characters. You are charged for the text you send in, so cost scales with the size of each request.
Each dimension bills independently and appears on the same invoice. Speech-to-text charges accrue per audio second, text-to-speech and translation per character, and document digitization per page. Nothing multiplies across services. Your total is the sum of usage on each endpoint your application calls.
