Vendor refund policy
Refunds are available within 5 business days of the subscription start date if no deployment has been initiated. To request a refund, contact support@perfsys.com with your AWS account ID and subscription details. Requests submitted after this period or after deployment has started will not be eligible. We review all requests within 2 business days.
