As the central interface to Treasure AI's Agentic Experience Platform, Studio connects users to AI agents and the full Customer Intelligence Loop across web, desktop, mobile, CLI, and voice.

    Teams can build audience segments, design customer journeys, generate dashboards, debug workflows, and launch campaigns simply by describing what they need. Over 30 pre-built skills handle platform functions like Trino and Hive queries, workflow management, and creative generation, compressing tasks that once took months into minutes. One retail customer reduced their segment-to-launch cycle from five business days to under eight hours, uncovering previously missed high-intent segments in the process.

    Every AI decision produces visible, reviewable output before deployment. Human approval is required for high-impact actions like campaign sends, large-scale data exports, and external activations. No PII is exposed to the AI - it operates only on metadata.     Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    Vendor refund policy

    In the event of non conformance with the specified services, Treasure Data will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved within 30 days after the customer's notification, the customer has the right to terminate the affected service and will be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees covering the remaining subscription term for the non conforming service or unperformed professional services

    Integrates data from multiple channels seamlessly, almost realtime for web activities. Provides activation and segmentation flows makes marketing operations job easy while giving 360 view of the profiles.

    Journey builder needs some maturity to make it easy to use for general users.

    I like how Treasure Data Customer Data Platform unifies my customers' data in one place. This allows me to easily view each customer's history and helps to segment audiences and personalize experiences in real time. I find this ability to unify data valuable, as it enhances personalization.

    It could be simpler for beginners and have a more intuitive interface. At first, it was a bit difficult to set up.

    What I like best about Treasure Data CDP is how it brings all customer data together in one place and makes it usable across teams. The platform is very flexible, handles large volumes of data well, and integrates easily with other tools. It helps turn raw data into actionable insights, enabling better personalization and more informed business decisions.
