What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) is its powerful core data processing, real-time analytics, and high reliability across complex enterprise operations. However, the main challenge we frequently encounter relates to system integrations and API access. Connecting third-party platforms or custom legacy applications via APIs can often be complex, rigid, and time-consuming, requiring specialized technical expertise to set up and maintain smooth data flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I’ve had with SAP Cloud ERP is its complex integration framework and limited API access. Connecting third-party platforms or custom legacy applications often comes with significant technical overhead, requires niche expertise, and may involve custom middleware workarounds. On top of that, the API endpoint documentation can be inconsistent, which makes real-time data synchronization and setting up third-party workflows more rigid than it needs to be, and ultimately more time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP has helped us address data fragmentation by centralizing enterprise operations, financial reporting, and supply chain management into a single source of truth. The biggest value for us comes from its integration framework and APIs, which make it easier to streamline cross-department data flows and automate end-to-end workflows. By connecting our peripheral business tools directly to the cloud ERP, we’ve significantly reduced manual data entry, broken down silos, and improved real-time operational visibility across the organization.

All-in-One Procurement Tracking with Clear Approvals and Audit Trail

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use it for vendor procurement. Having purchase requests, POs, approvals, and supplier invoices all in one system makes it easy to track where each request stands and see who still needs to sign off. It also helps keep vendor records consistent and gives finance a clear, reliable audit trail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn’t very intuitive for occasional users. Creating a purchase request or setting up a new vendor requires working through a lot of screens and fields, and it’s not always clear which ones are actually required or important. Searching for an existing PO or invoice can also be slow, and when something goes wrong, the error messages are often vague and don’t clearly explain what needs to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of scattered, manual vendor purchasing. When I onboard a new tool or agency, the request, approvals, PO, and invoices all live in one place instead of being spread across email threads. As a result, there are fewer delays from chasing sign-offs, spend tracking is clearer, and staying compliant with our procurement policy is much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how it can connect different functions across the offshore wind service business, from supply chain and spare parts management to maintenance planning, service execution, and cost tracking. In a global organization like GE Vernova, having reliable, real-time data and standardized processes is essential to improving operational efficiency, coordinating across teams, and ultimately ensuring the reliability and availability of offshore wind turbines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to charge it maybe due to our poor connection in some sites where we need to give support to GE Vernova customers so this might be independent from the software but it can become a bottleneck
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In offshore wind services at GE Vernova, SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps improve visibility and coordination across service operations, particularly when managing spare parts, service activities, costs, and information across different teams. Having data in a more centralized and consistent system makes it easier to track information, reduce manual follow-ups, and make informed decisions. For me, this supports more efficient troubleshooting, better coordination between engineering, supply chain, and field teams, and ultimately helps improve turbine reliability and service delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the payroll functionality in SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) because it effectively handles payroll and processes for our needs. I also appreciate its fastness, which makes my work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the layout and look of SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to be a bit lacking. The user interface could be more accessible and visually appealing. Improving these areas would definitely enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) improves my payroll and process management and operates at high speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the centralized visibility that SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) provides, which is massive for our operations. It offers us the ability to collaborate across our institution effectively. I also like that it is quite quick, saving us time and providing data reliably and faster than we were used to. The improvements in workflow and efficiency, along with helping streamline our daily tasks, are significant benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation time for SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) was pretty lengthy and challenging. We faced a steep learning curve for new users, which made it hard to get everyone on board effectively. Additionally, there were frequent updates that often introduced bugs, leading to a cycle where we would need to update again to resolve these issues. These factors were significant drawbacks for us, along with the cost, which contributed to our decision to switch away from SAP Cloud recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP centralizes our financial and developmental resources, streamlining collaboration. It enhances workflow efficiency and saves time with quick, reliable data access.
