What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP S/4HANA Cloud to be quite reliable. Whenever we implement an update, it works well, and it's rare for any issues to be reported. Once you understand how the system works, the logic is quite obvious and it functions effectively. Despite requiring some experience with SAP initially, once you're accustomed to the platform, its operations feel intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find SAP S/4HANA Cloud to not be very intuitive. It requires a substantial amount of experience and thorough onboarding from the very beginning to understand the system effectively. In our company, we have to start with basic processes like onboarding with master data and then move to more complex operations. This complexity extends to queries and the backend perspective, underscoring the system's lack of intuitiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to handle master data, process payroll, and make technical adjustments, solving these challenges efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It made data management simple and was very easy to implement with ABAB. This helped my customers work on their products more easily. Additionally, it provides quick access to the database, allowing users to view data frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it was in the S4 system, the speed of data fetching was somewhat slow, which made it challenging to maintain properly. Additionally, there are some issues, such as the need for frequent feature upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining on-premises systems can be expensive due to the costs of servers, upgrades, and patches. These technical overheads were a significant challenge, but moving to SAP HANA Cloud has addressed this issue. Additionally, SAP HANA Cloud offers backup capabilities, which makes it easier to recover data if needed.

I like that SAP S/4HANA Cloud is fast, easy to use, and keeps everything in one place. The real-time data and clean interface make daily work much smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system feels a bit complex, and certain features take time to learn. A few processes could be more user-friendly, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps bring all our data and processes into one system, which saves time and reduces errors. It makes reporting faster and gives clearer insights, so decision-making is much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
we appreciate SAP S/4HANA Cloud for its great flexibility and improved user interface tailored for business users, along with the extensive extensibility features available for developers. This software excels in providing powerful business benefits. I am particularly impressed by the way it allows us to retain core functionalities while also offering the possibility of implementing new customizations through its extensibility features on SAP BTP. The Accounts Payable module is an essential part of my daily operations, enhanced by the Fiori apps, which provide a superior interface experience for end-users. Additionally, I value the strong integration capabilities offered by SAP BTP, which utilize their Integration Suite and Data Intelligence Cloud to seamlessly connect with both SAP and non-SAP systems, making integration much smoother and more reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to consider the portability of features that the business was accustomed to in ECC, which are now missing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The transition involves missing functionalities that were previously available, which can be frustrating. Additionally, while the capability to extend features using SAP Build is beneficial, it incurs additional costs per service, adding to the financial overhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud for enhanced flexibility, user-friendly interfaces, and extensibility, retaining core functionality while enabling customizations. It streamlines financial processes like Accounts Payable, improving business consolidation and integration capabilities.
