SAP HANA: Powerful Multi-User Support and Insightful System Reports

What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP HANA because it supports multiple users and provides useful system reports. For example, I use reports and transactions such as Code - MB5B, ME5A, MIGO, and processes like Goods Issue and PR creation. I also find the valuation and costing reports helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some parts, the layout system is not good, and in the prepared GRN, some information is not perfectly designed. Also, the job work material issue system is a critical system, and it needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally it is perfect, and I like the SAP Hana software. However, issuing raw material to a subcontractor is difficult, and some stock ledger reports are not done as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP Cloud ERP's real-time data and its integrated nature, having all business procedures connected. The analytics and dashboards are valuable, providing quick understanding of performance. Its scalability means the system grows with the business, and cloud accessibility allows it to be accessed from anywhere. Additionally, the user-friendly interface makes it easier to learn and use, reducing time spent on training and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the customization limitations a bit frustrating; it would be great to have more flexible configuration options and the ability to customize reports and dashboards better. The implementation and setup process can be quite complex, which makes it a bit challenging. Also, the performance varies at times, and some parts of the user experience aren't fully intuitive, which can be improved with more in-app guidance or tooltips. The steep learning curve and initial setup complexity also add to the challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP solves inefficiencies, lack of visibility, and disconnected processes. It provides real-time insights, streamlines financial reporting, tracks expenses and revenues, and automates accounting tasks. It reduces operational complexity and improves business control.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using SAP Cloud ERP to visualize all my financials and operations in one place. It saves me time by having everything in one place, as we have a bunch of different tools with different data sources. I appreciate the real-time data, which makes it easier to get an accurate picture compared to having multiple tools. I also like the level of customization available, allowing me and my colleagues to create very detailed dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to use in general and to learn. The initial setup is not that easy because it has a learning curve, taking quite a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP Cloud ERP to consolidate all my financials and operations in one place, saving time by centralizing data from multiple sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that with SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud), all the needed information is well detailed, which really helps with validating invoices. It's particularly useful for identifying issues like double invoices and provides helpful vendor information as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say sometimes I find it complicated and not user friendly. The initial setup was not easy, a little bit complicated like I said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP Cloud ERP for invoice validation. It helps me find duplicate invoices and provides detailed vendor information needed for verifying invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP Cloud ERP very easy to use, which is important for integrating databases effectively. It offers a lot of flexibility and a variety of tools that I appreciate. The flexibility and integration capabilities are standout features, especially useful in my fast-paced supply chain work within the consumer goods market. The system helps me adapt to planning, create reports easily, and meet business needs through strategic planning and analytics. Having everything connected, from demand planning to procurement, inventory, and finance, makes navigation between the modules seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. Sometimes it's very, very slow, and it freezes when I try to do stuff. Formatting are problematic or, some of the databases don't make sense, etcetera. But this could be more of an internal issue, nothing with the actual software itself. But, yeah, I would say the updates and the running time sometimes is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP solves data fragmentation, enabling a single source of truth for demand forecasting and inventory data. It improves forecast accuracy, demand planning, and cross-functional alignment, enhancing time management and decision-making with real-time insights.
