What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it brings different business processes together in one system, so it's much easier to access accurate, real-time information. It helps reduce manual work, improves collaboration between teams, and gives better visibility into day-to-day operations. Once you get used to it, it makes managing business processes much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it can take some time to learn, especially if you're new to the SAP ecosystem. Some tasks require multiple steps, and certain customizations aren't as straightforward as I'd like. While it's a powerful platform, the interface and navigation could be more intuitive in a few areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps bring our core business processes into one system, which reduces the need to work across multiple tools or spreadsheets. Having real-time data makes it easier to track operations, make informed decisions, and identify issues sooner. For me, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and makes day-to-day work more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The performance comparision Cloud vs perpetual. cloud has ease of access over network while perpetual landing protocol has timeouts and dependant on server
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser does not have offline capability to make it hybrid as such factors for longer period cloud lapse. This is not feasible in countries who does not have sustainable cloud infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Business now has express models as well which takes care of small and MSME. This allows scalability for business who intend to grow while not needing holistic change in IT infrastructure when they need to upgrade

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use Fiori Interface, real time analytics, seamless intergration and automated business processes improve efficiency and decision-making. It also provides regular Cloud Updates that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SAP S/4HANA Cloud is feature-rich, the initial implementation and configuration can be complex and require experience consultants. Customization option are more limited than on-premise deployments, and regular cloud updates may require users to adapt to interface or process changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
SAP is the complete package when it comes to logistics. Everything you can imagine doing, there is probably a place(called transaction) in SAP where you can do it. From stock management, to movement execution, to invoicing: it offers everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not necessarily a dislike but such a comprehensive program is hard to learn. There will be a steep learning curve for novices I've used it for close than a year and am still learning new things daily. Also, the servers are centralized, so sometimes you use access to the system and can't do anything about it. But the SAP team usually resolves those issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP is basically solving everything. It helps us keep track of how much stock we have in any of our plethora of locations. And I mean multiple times of stock. It helps us create accruals for the payable and receivable invoices and also keep track all the relevant payment specs.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a unified platform for managing business processes efficiently. I especially like the real-time insights, automation features, and the flexibility of accessing the system from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike is that the initial setup & customization can be quite complex. The user interface also feels overwhelming for new users, and some advanced featured require significant training to be used effectivelyu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stremaline and automate core buisness processes, like -finance, procurement,inventory and reporting. It reduces manual work and provides real-time visibility into operations. This has helped me take faster decisions, and imporving overall performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has a steep learning curve, prohibitive implementation costs, and rigid customization constraints. Because it enforces a "Clean Core" approach to support seamless upgrades, businesses often struggle to adapt the platform to unique legacy processes without relying on extensive third-party integrations or complex middleware.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us work smoothly and handle large volumes of customer, vendor, financial, and company master data. We can perform configuration efficiently. It provides three systems, which helps us rectify errors and carry out critical tasks in a non-production system for testing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-production and production environments are not exactly the same, so we occasionally run into bugs when moving changes to production. When that happens, we also need to do a break-fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage large customer and vendor master data. I use it to maintain financial master data, project WBS, and controlling master data. It also supports my work in financial reporting, budget analysis, and cost allocation. With SAP, I can quickly find information about the data, such as the change log.

What do you like best about the product?
No issues to have it installed, u can do it on web browser. Pretty handy and useful. We can now save passwords in browser itself. Also a few changes have been done to make it more efficient than the old version.
What do you dislike about the product?
When someone uses the same account which we are already logged in, there is sometimes no reminder or reminder so late. So when doing a long purchase requisition someone snatches the account and we have do the pr again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just needs a browser and the link. Thats it no applications to be installed, not passwords to be remembered. We can easily have access to this version of sap from anywhere.
