What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how it integrates different business processes into one system, provides real-time insights, and helps companies make faster, data-driven decisions while improving efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that implementation and customization can be complex and expensive. It can also require significant employee training, and adapting existing business processes to the system may take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the problem of scattered business data and disconnected processes by bringing finance, operations, and reporting into one system. This improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to access accurate information and make better decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
like that SAP S/4HANA Cloud brings most financial processes together in one system. It makes it easier to access information, follow transactions and prepare reports without having to work with too many separate tools. From an accounting perspective, having reliable data and a clear overview of what is happening is very useful, especially during month-end closing. I also see the benefit of automating repetitive tasks and having more standardized processes across the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes can be a bit complicated, especially when you need to find a specific setting or understand why a transaction cannot be posted. The system is not always as intuitive as it could be, and getting used to the different menus and workflows takes time. I also think that some changes and customizations could be easier to manage, as they sometimes require additional support or knowledge. Overall, it is a good system, but there is room for improvement in terms of usability and flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps keep financial data and accounting processes in one place instead of relying on separate files and systems. It makes it easier to track transactions, check balances and get the information needed for reporting. It also helps reduce manual work and makes it easier to follow standard procedures across different business areas. For me, the main benefit is having a better overview of the financial situation and spending less time collecting information from different sources, especially during month-end closing.

What do you like best about the product?
It's feature rich and I use it every day. Finance, procurement and reporting all sit in one system, so I rarely have to jump between tools to find a number or finish a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation is limited compared with older on-premise SAP. The cloud edition pushes you towards standard processes, so anything unusual needs a workaround or a separate extension, which adds cost and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts finance, purchasing and reporting in one place, so we stopped reconciling figures between spreadsheets. Month end is quicker and fewer people argue over which number is right.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a steep learning curve, and at times, it's not very intuitive. The framework also lacks flexibility and customization, which require workarounds.

It's a very intelligent cloud platform that helps with organizing data and increases the rate at which decisions are made. It helps overcome bottleneck issues with legacy programs.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP Cloud ERP system allows for seamless integration with downstream systems. The onboarding new release has provided a better candidate experience and has helped managers engage with candidates more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main downfalls of SAP Cloud is the mandated releases, which require additional unit and regression testing. Often, these releases don’t provide much new functionality that has proven value for the organization, and the effort and time needed to implement them can outweigh the benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SAP cloud-based system has improved our ability to manage data across regions more efficiently, and its reporting has been a tremendous help in making it easier to promote fairness and equity. The benefits of SAP have significantly supported leaders in having meaningful conversations with employees and HR.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how it brings finance, procurement, sales, inventory, and manufacturing into one system with a single source of truth. Real-time data means I can check financials, stock levels, and order status without waiting for overnight reports. The Fiori interface is cleaner and easier to use than older SAP screens, and built-in analytics help managers make faster decisions. Because it’s cloud-based, updates are delivered regularly and we spend less time on infrastructure and maintenance. It also scales well and supports compliance and multi-entity reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has a steep learning curve, especially for new users who are used to simpler tools. Implementation can be complex and costly, and it often needs experienced consultants to configure properly. The public cloud edition is less customizable than on-premise SAP, so some unique business processes have to be adapted to standard workflows. Regular updates are helpful, but they sometimes require extra testing to make sure nothing breaks. Licensing and subscription costs can also be high for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud solves the problem of disconnected systems and delayed data. Before, finance, procurement, and inventory ran on separate tools, so reconciling numbers took days and reports were often out of date. Now everything runs on one platform with real-time data, which speeds up month-end closing and gives us instant visibility into stock, orders, and cash flow. Automated processes reduce manual entry and errors, and built-in compliance and audit trails make reporting easier. Because it’s cloud-based, we also spend far less time on system maintenance and upgrades.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place is so useful. It’s easier to see what’s going on across the business without chasing down information or jumping between systems. Having up-to-date data helps with decision-making, and cutting down on manual tasks makes everyday work a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it helpful so no complaints from me. Help me onboard some of the new things would be great just so I can learn to maximise the features. Other than that all good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) for its user-friendly interface, which makes navigation easy. What do you like best about the product?
I love the built-in AI, and how it helps flag operational issues, since that’s the department I’m in. It’s extremely beneficial for our department because it Unifies core business functions—including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and sales—into a single sys.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints just yet, since it was recently rolled out to us and I’m still getting used to it. It’s a learning process, and new information can be a little scary at first, but it feels like it’s on the right path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s like an Excel sheet, but in software form, where it captures what the goal or need is. It replaces manual tracking with automation to maximize efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resources across the entire value chain.
