Seamless SAP Cloud ERP Integration with Widely Adopted, Easy-to-Join Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The way SAP cloud ERP can be implemented and integrated with all other modules which is very seamless in nature. The universal acceptance leading to new talent joining in and able to use the platform at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is very complex. There are many platforms like coupa which is far more user friendly and easy to use. The display and T codes are difficult to learn and get use to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of reconciliation and its integration across the value chain from sourcing to financial reconciliation. The basic feature of flagging the erroneous entry is simply awesome.
Robust Control and Central Finance Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the robust controls from a finance perspective in SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud). It's great that people only have access to transactions suitable for their role and data suitable for their area of the business. I also value the central finance capabilities that allow us to pull data from other systems needed for financial reporting. The AIF monitor is another feature I appreciate, as it lets me drill into error messages, figure out which system was the source, and coordinate with the business team to resolve and post entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the DRC doesn't cater for both local and functional currency. This is a requirement for global companies where consolidation is based on functional currency and tax reporting on local currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud for capturing financial transactions and managing invoices. It provides robust controls, ensuring role-based access to financial data, and central finance capabilities streamline data integration for reporting. The AIF monitor helps manage errors efficiently.
Efficient Interface, Long Setup Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) provides an overview of incoming and actual costs. The Fiori interface is easy to use, and I can navigate it without needing to log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) was a long project and not very easy.

I use SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to check PO's and cost center reports, which gives me an overview of incoming and actual costs. It enables new functionalities and opportunities for business.

I like the ease of use and connectability of SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud). Our users can quickly navigate what they need to, and it can connect with a number of non SAP data sources, keeping the whole business connected.

I think SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) could have a nicer user experience and better dashboard creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) for its real-time reporting, integration between departments, and its ability to scale as the business grows. It's reliable, customizable, and helps keep workflows organized and efficient, which is really important for our core business operations.

The setup can be complex, some features feel overly complicated, and support response time could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) an extremely important and highly recommendable tool. I like the ability to produce reports, which helps provide better control in attendance and performance management. Furthermore, the initial setup was very good and interesting.

Direct Bank Integration, But Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the direct payment of suppliers with the bank using SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no balance and PL. The initial setup was difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to do the accounting for the company's subsidiaries and I like that it allows direct payment to suppliers with the bank.
Streamlined Integration, Needs Better User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) for its easy maintenance since it is cloud-based. The integration between all modules and the automation it provides is something I find valuable. Additionally, I like that it is accessible from the web and through Fiori, making it versatile and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more user-friendly. There are too many parameters to be entered, for example, when posting an accounting document.

Transitioned Smoothly from Oracle, Slight Usability Hindrance
What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) much easier and straightforward compared to my previous experience with Oracle systems. The integration part wasn't really a big challenge, which was a relief. Initial training and user acceptance testing (UAT) were very helpful in navigating the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found user-friendliness to be a bit of a challenge. The initial setup wasn't very easy, though it was strategically managed. Adopting the system, particularly user navigation, was challenging, but training and UAT really helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) simplifies our operations. Coming from Oracle, it feels much easier and straightforward, though initial setup isn't very easy and user navigation was challenging. Training and UAT helped.
Stability and consistency, but UX improvements required

I appreciate that SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) is secure, stable, and consistent. It offers stability in application and consistency between the modules, which leads to business continuity and knowledge retention. Additionally, it ensures transparency over the processes. The initial setup was easy, as it is an evolution of ECC.

Possibly UX, for example, Business Partner concept or more Fiori-like
