What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP S/4HANA Cloud because it provides real-time data processing along with strong analytics capabilities. The way it integrates finance, HR, and operations helps create a unified view of the business, which makes it easier to connect insights across teams. Its cloud model also reduces infrastructure costs while supporting scalability as needs change. On top of that, the automation and AI features help improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can feel complex and comes with a steep learning curve for new users. Customization options are also more limited than in on-premise versions. Implementation and migration can be time-consuming and costly, and occasional performance or integration challenges may still come up, especially when working with legacy systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud solves issues of data silos and slow reporting by providing real-time, integrated data across all business functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to be very smooth software, especially for accounting. It works well for PO creation, work order creation, and ensures a smooth accounting process overall. I appreciate that it is a connected software for all the industry, functioning as a complete all-in-one software for enterprises. The basic implementation was good, and the software now runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there can be an improvement regarding the smoothness of the implementation process.

The user-friendly Fiori interface improves usability, while automation of core processes reduces manual effort and errors. Its cloud-based model ensures scalability, regular updates, and minimizes infrastructure management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of SAP S/4HANA Cloud could be improved. Customization is more limited compared to on-premise ERP, which can be restrictive for complex or highly specific business requirements. Initial implementation and data migration can also be time-consuming and require careful planning. Additionally, certain advanced features may have a learning curve, and integration with non-SAP systems can sometimes require extra effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) completely streamlined my business management by putting everything in one place. Managing multiple businesses used to be a hassle, but now I can track accounts, stocks, and manage my team directly from my phone, which gives me total control from anywhere. The Real-Time Dashboard is especially powerful because it shows me my profits and stock levels instantly, so I don't wait for reports. It automates mundane tasks like paperwork and manual data entry, freeing me to focus on growing my business. It feels like having a digital assistant that makes everything run smoothly and gives me confidence in making quick, fact-based decisions. Also, the initial setup was pretty smooth thanks to its cloud-based nature and guided configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is excellent, but it does have a slight learning curve at first because there are so many features to explore. Sometimes, the mobile app can feel a bit slow or laggy when loading heavy data reports, and a few of the menus could be a bit more simplified for quicker navigation. Improving the loading speed during peak hours would make it perfect.

One challenge with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it can feel complex and less flexible when it comes to customization compared to traditional on-premise systems. Adapting certain business processes to fit the standard system sometimes requires workarounds

Very User-Friendly SAP Upgrade with Easy Implementation and Change Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly as compared to previous versions and end user can use it with much more easily as compared to previous versions of SAP which means implementation is easy and also change management is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The license is expensive apart from this it is much more useful from previous versions where we use more commands to run the system. The second disadvantage cloud be that, it can limit the data security as compared to on premise.

SAP cloud ERP helped me to resolve governance issues like making more secure payments and also keeping all records secure for very long time. this also helps to reduce manual paper work which is more error prone and also less secure.

SAP Cloud ERP is a fully integrated ERP software to support any company in its inventory and manufacturing tracking while offer all the tools for accounting and financial forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a significant time to set up and the set up is costly. The set up is provided by third parties and can cost a significant amount that may hinder a company to implement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports our needs to build productions and cost them effectively while providing a great tracking tool for auditing purposes. The forecasting tools available support the planning portion of our company.
SAP Makes Order Creation Simple and Keeps Departments Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity on creating orders, how well it works to get every department aligned, how they all have something to do with each other and SAP just makes it easier. Is user friendly, is not that hard to use, but could get integrated some AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't download multiple invoices at once, it would be very helpful if you could. It takes a lot of time to just download one invoice now imagine more than 5.

Smart solution for mid size business
What do you like best about the product?
Smart solution compared to private cloud. For non huge business is the easiest solution If you can adapt your business to S4 cloud, maintenance gets much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harder to improve the solution compared to on premise. In case a new development has to be created it should be with extensions to the standard. With on premise there is bigger freedom to achieve the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce cost compared with on premise solutions. Being a standard makes support easier. Also helps when onboarding external companies to support since everything is standard.
Organized Invoicing, but Multi-User Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) keeps purchase orders organized and ensures that we can easily see when an order was completed from the customer's perspective. The email notifications are also really helpful, as they let me know when a customer sends in an order, so I can fulfill it without having to manually check. This feature makes the process a lot more efficient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to have multiple users with one account. I think having a tutorial and user guide provided could be helpful. Even a live demo on how to organize our needs for multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP organizes invoicing and POs, making it easy for customers to track orders and for me to fulfill them without constant checking, thanks to email notifications.
