Transforms Financial Management with Speed and Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP S/4HANA Cloud for its seamless integration across finance, project systems, material management, and asset accounting. This integration ensures real-time insights into project costs, vendor transactions, and capitalization with speed, accuracy, and automation that significantly reduce manual efforts. I also appreciate its ability to deliver real-time, analytical, and high-quality reporting, which is especially valuable for large infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas in SAP S/4HANA Cloud could be improved such as system speed during heavy project settlement runs and month-end closers. The user interface still feels complex for new users, especially in PSNMM work clothes customization and report tailoring sometimes require additional technical support, which slows down quick decision-making. Custom report creation could be made easier with more flexible user-driven options without relying heavily on technical teams. Also, adding simple draw customization in Fiori app would greatly speed up financial and project reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to streamline and integrate financial and project accounting processes, solving issues like manual reconciliation and project tracking. It improves operational efficiency, transparency, and decision-making with real-time insights, automated workflows, and quicker audits.
SAP S4 Hana Cloud: Fast, Flexible, and Seamless AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S4 hana cloud combines AI ,DATA and application making solutions smooth flexible and processing so fast and smooth .Implementation of all modules in single platform is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
In todays scenario for e.g Utility project we need too much customization so same is very difficult to do 100 % and also integration with mulesoft or legacy or any other thrird party application is challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S4 hana cloud solving our end to end synch of data from PS PPM RTR also and CPM and AO and making fast and smooth process also. Chnges are very flexible
Seamless Integration Across Business Functions
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it tied together my finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing and supply chain components in one simple, easy to use ecosystem,. It tied in nicely with my other SAP products keeping everything running seamlessly. It was frequently used in my business to keep everything flowing and our customers happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was very limited customisation, I was not able to heavily modify core processes which gave me fewer enhancement options compared to other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything used to be very admin heavy and would follow a rigid process, the integration of SAP S/4HANA allowed everything to seamlessly flow as it integrated easily into my business. The product has removed the human aspect which would sometimes end up somewhere it shouldn't
Stable Vendor Payments Solution with Seamless EBS Integration
What do you like best about the product?
We use FICO as part of our solution for vendor payments. It has proven to be stable and integrates smoothly with EBS, provided you have it enabled. The reconciliation process is also quite straightforward if you are familiar with SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly complex to integrate into custom applications due to inherent complexity. We has to raise multiple tickets with support at times to address the issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Payments and reconciliation- we use it for vendor payments, most vendors have their own sap systems to generate invoices which eliminates need for retraining the vendors.
Efficient, User-Friendly, but Room for Further Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how smooth and fast the overall experience feels once you get used to it. The real-time insights and clean Fiori interface make day-to-day usage very efficient, especially since I use the system quite frequently. Implementation was structured and easier than traditional on-prem setups, and the regular automatic updates are a big advantage because we keep getting new features without downtime. Customer support has also been reliable whenever I needed help. I also appreciate that the system integrates well with other SAP products and third-party tools, which makes the entire workflow more connected. Overall, the combination of speed, modern UI, and strong integration capabilities is what stands out the most for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that even though the system is powerful, the ease of use could still be improved. Some Fiori apps feel unintuitive at first and require extra training. Implementation also takes longer than expected because many processes need to fit into the standard, so customization options are limited. Customer support is helpful but sometimes slow to respond for complex issues. I use the system frequently, and while it offers a wide range of features, a few important ones still feel incomplete or require additional add-ons. Integration with other systems works well overall, but it can become complicated when dealing with non-SAP tools. So the platform is strong, but these areas still have room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been instrumental in addressing the issue of slow and disconnected processes. Previously, obtaining accurate reports or tracking data across different modules was time-consuming, but now, with real-time updates, decisions can be made more quickly and with greater accuracy. The automation of many routine tasks has also significantly reduced manual work. The system enables smoother connections between various business areas, which helps prevent errors and enhances overall visibility. Personally, the greatest advantage is having immediate access to reliable data, allowing me to work more efficiently without waiting for lengthy batch processes or multiple approvals. In summary, it has introduced greater speed, transparency, and consistency into daily operations.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud stands out for its real-time analytics, strong performance, and ongoing innovation powered by in-memory technology. These features help accelerate and streamline business processes. Among its main advantages are enhanced operational efficiency, a simplified data model that allows for quicker processing, and automatic, continuous updates from SAP. These updates not only minimize IT overhead but also ensure access to the latest features, including advancements in AI and machine learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislikes about SAP S/4HANA Cloud are its high costs and complexity, as well as the steep learning curve it presents. I also find the system to be quite rigid, with limited options for customization and some difficulties related to usability and integration. Additionally, certain older features seem less developed compared to what was available in previous SAP products.

Streamlined Experience with Powerful Fiori Apps and Real-Time Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the streamlined user experience, especially the Fiori apps for payment processing and bank statement handling and also Liquidity Management. The system’s real-time data, predefined best-practice content, and integrated AI/ML services (like Cash Application) significantly reduce manual workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configurations are still less flexible than in on-premise systems. Integration with external banks or legacy systems can also be challenging due to strict Cloud governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates and accelerates payment processes, bank statement posting, and reconciliation. Exception handling is faster thanks to embedded intelligence. As a consultant, this reduces the amount of manual clearing, increases transparency, and provides a more stable and predictable month-end closing.
Seamless Integration and User-Friendly Experience for Finance Teams
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, this product has been quite straightforward to use once you become familiar with the Fiori layout, and it definitely feels much cleaner compared to older SAP versions. From a user perspective, the implementation process was not too complex, and most of the features I needed for payroll and payment processing were already available. I found myself using it regularly, particularly during payroll cycles and at month-end. The integration with other SAP tools, especially Multi-Bank Connectivity, is seamless, which I consider a significant advantage. Customer support is generally decent, while they aren't always the fastest to respond, they typically resolve issues when you reach out. Overall, the range of features and the strong integration with other SAP applications make it a good fit for daily finance tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some screens can feel a bit too "click heavy," requiring you to go through several extra steps just to accomplish simple tasks. Additionally, with each quarterly update, the UI or certain parts of the process tend to change slightly, which means it takes a bit of time to get used to the new layout. I've also noticed that a few apps can be slow to load during peak times. While none of these issues are major, they can add up and slow you down, especially when you're already busy with payroll or month-end tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software primarily eliminates the frustration of dealing with slow and outdated finance processes. With everything updating in real time, I no longer have to wait around for numbers to refresh or for batch jobs to complete during payroll or month end. It conveniently centralizes all payment, approval, and bank related tasks, which genuinely simplifies my workflow. When I used it together with SAP Multi Bank Connectivity, the entire process, from creating payments to receiving bank responses, became much more seamless. Overall, it significantly reduces manual work and allows me to complete tasks more quickly without having to juggle multiple systems.
Robustness and Flexibility with Easy Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly enjoy the robustness and flexibility offered by SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The ability to create customizations tailored to the specific needs of the business is something I truly value, as it allows the system to precisely fit our company's requirements. I also like its ability to scale as the company grows, which allows us to expand the service to new areas without making significant changes. The switch to SAP S/4HANA Cloud from SAP FI on premise has been positive due to the advanced capabilities of the SAP HANA database, as well as the cost reductions and improvements in the system's operability and scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the interface for the administrative user is not very intuitive or user-friendly, especially for new users, which makes it difficult for them to know how to use the system properly. This requires my team to make a great effort in onboarding new users, providing adequate training or looking for experienced individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides the infrastructure to develop financial and business logic, essential for serving the company and expanding services without major changes, improving operability and scalability, although the interface could be more intuitive for new users.
Reliable for HR, But Not Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP S/4HANA Cloud to be quite reliable. Whenever we implement an update, it works well, and it's rare for any issues to be reported. Once you understand how the system works, the logic is quite obvious and it functions effectively. Despite requiring some experience with SAP initially, once you're accustomed to the platform, its operations feel intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find SAP S/4HANA Cloud to not be very intuitive. It requires a substantial amount of experience and thorough onboarding from the very beginning to understand the system effectively. In our company, we have to start with basic processes like onboarding with master data and then move to more complex operations. This complexity extends to queries and the backend perspective, underscoring the system's lack of intuitiveness.

I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to handle master data, process payroll, and make technical adjustments, solving these challenges efficiently.
