Finally a solid ERP Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been exploring SAP S/4HANA Cloud recently, and it honestly seems like a solid ERP platform. It brings different business processes together and makes things a lot smoother. The interface looks modern and easy to use, and the cloud setup makes it really convenient to access from anywhere. I’m still learning about all the features, but overall it feels fast, reliable, and definitely built for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit complex for new users, especially when trying to understand all the modules and configurations. The learning curve can be a little steep in the beginning, and a few features take time to get used to. Apart from that, it works pretty well once you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps bring everything into one place — finance, operations, and other business processes — so things run more smoothly and efficiently. As a result, businesses may feel confined within SAP's ecosystem and upgrade cycles, with less autonomy over their IT environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless upgrades & embedded analytics free us to focus on innovation, not maintenance. It's quite fast than ECC system and most of our clients are shifting from legacy to cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The"greenfield" requirement. You can't simply lift-and-shift existing custom code, forcing a major process re-think.

Impressive UI/UX, but Steeper Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I don’t use SAP S/4HANA Cloud on a daily basis since my main work is supporting the SAP R/3 system. However, from my observation, what I like most about S/4HANA is its modern interface and improved UI/UX design, which makes the system look cleaner and more intuitive compared to R/3. It clearly shows how SAP is moving toward a more user-friendly and cloud-based approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, it seems that using S/4HANA can be quite challenging for new users. It requires strong technical knowledge and proper training to operate effectively, and sometimes troubleshooting issues appears to be more complicated than in the older R/3 environment.

In my position as a Deforestation Analyst, I particularly appreciate the platform’s transparency and traceability features, which are essential for maintaining compliance with EUDR and other environmental standards. The capability to centralize financial, procurement, and operational data greatly facilitates cross-departmental collaboration and enhances overall decision-making. Additionally, the system’s high level of customization is especially important for multinational companies like Mondelez, which operate across various regions and industries.

Business control with user friendly use. SAP S4 introduce new reporting tools with more faster processing. it is top in the market and SAP after implementing support is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transformation process is little long where most of the time people going green field implementations which is costly, old enhancements in system which still not available in S/4 hana will be lost

Usage of transaction is more user friendly which will help business to use system more efficiently. reporting is very fast because new tables introduce.
