What do you like best about the product?

SAP ERP combines real-time operational insights with automated, standardized industry best practices. Advanced AI capabilities (such as the Joule assistant) and machine learning are embedded directly into your workflows to automate routine tasks and help predict issues, such as predicting supply chain problems.

What do you dislike about the product?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has a steep learning curve, prohibitive implementation costs, and rigid customization constraints. Because it enforces a "Clean Core" approach to support seamless upgrades, businesses often struggle to adapt the platform to unique legacy processes without relying on extensive third-party integrations or complex middleware.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of disconnected, data-heavy, and reactive business operations by replacing legacy systems and unifying finance, supply chain, and procurement in a real-time, AI-driven platform.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps us work smoothly and handle large volumes of customer, vendor, financial, and company master data. We can perform configuration efficiently. It provides three systems, which helps us rectify errors and carry out critical tasks in a non-production system for testing purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?

The non-production and production environments are not exactly the same, so we occasionally run into bugs when moving changes to production. When that happens, we also need to do a break-fix.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me manage large customer and vendor master data. I use it to maintain financial master data, project WBS, and controlling master data. It also supports my work in financial reporting, budget analysis, and cost allocation. With SAP, I can quickly find information about the data, such as the change log.

What do you like best about the product?

No issues to have it installed, u can do it on web browser. Pretty handy and useful. We can now save passwords in browser itself. Also a few changes have been done to make it more efficient than the old version.

What do you dislike about the product?

When someone uses the same account which we are already logged in, there is sometimes no reminder or reminder so late. So when doing a long purchase requisition someone snatches the account and we have do the pr again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It just needs a browser and the link. Thats it no applications to be installed, not passwords to be remembered. We can easily have access to this version of sap from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?

Everything is quite simple to use—for example, creating manual journals or manual journal entries. It lets you automate a lot in SAP, and processes like this can be sped up.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t really like that, on SAP, the codes I need to find things are sometimes not easy to locate. Also, when I get an error, the message isn’t always clear or simple to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes booking and analyzing numbers so much easier. You can also easily invoice and reconcile with other BUs under the same company code at month end.

What do you like best about the product?

The elimination of delays is a great advantage, as it processes everything instantly and there's no need to wait for overnight closures to see results. Additionally, its standardization of global practices is very good and provides consistency in the way of working.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its rigidity in customization and the complexity of mandatory updates are areas for improvement. Additionally, it has a dense interface and a strong dependence on the SAP ecosystem.

It helps us have total real-time visibility, as all the information is processed instantly. Additionally, its automation of repetitive tasks facilitates work and improves daily life.

A common drawback of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its complexity and steep learning curve. Implementation and customization can be time-consuming, and some advanced features require specialized expertise. Additionally, licensing costs and ongoing configuration efforts may be challenging for smaller organizations.

I use SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to manage and integrate core business processes like finance, procurement, supply chain operations, reporting, and resource planning. I love that it serves as a centralized platform providing real-time visibility into business data and helps standardize processes. I appreciate its integration capabilities, connecting various business applications and maintaining consistent and accurate data across the organization. The platform is intuitive, and its user experience, powerful analytics, and automation capabilities reduce manual effort and improve decision-making across departments. The powerful analytics deliver real-time insights into financial, operational, and supply chain performance, enabling proactive decision-making and better business planning. I also enjoy how the automation features streamline repetitive processes such as approvals, reporting, and data entry.

What do you dislike about the product?

Users may experience a learning curve when adapting to new processes and features introduced through regular updates. Initial implementations and process standardizations can also be time-consuming, particularly for organizations with highly customized legacy systems. For businesses with complex legacy integrations and custom developments, data migrations and system harmonizations can be challenging.

I use SAP Cloud ERP to manage business processes like finance and supply chain. It provides a real-time unified platform, streamlines operations, delivers insights through analytics, and reduces manual effort with automation, improving decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?

Integrations with other services and the date in real time, compatibility with other solutions like SSFF, ECP, Ariba, SAP Concur. Data agents with joule

What do you dislike about the product?

Only the pricing , it’s really expensive but is a good solution for big enterprises across the world and diferents industries. Another thing it’s difficult find good partners in Central America

Data in real-time , financial reports , easy access, factory processes, consolidation , real state processes and differents end to end user processes and companies.

Because it has ability to combine built-in AI automation with scalability and industry best practices, allowing businesses to streamline operations, reduce costs and adapt quickly to growth.

What do you dislike about the product?

Limitations in customisation and complexity of integration and also change management process. Also implementation timelines are taking longer expected

Once implemented, it has led to smoother operations, fewer errors, faster decision-making, and a stronger ability to adapt quickly to our consulting practice. The integrated HR tools also help manage recruitment, onboarding, and skills tracking.

I think SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) is highly standardized and provides operational efficiency, which is what we want to achieve. It helps optimize processes by reducing the time wasted on manual and nonstandard processes, thus increasing our operational efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the product is not very well designed to work for the professional services industry even though there is a variant. It claims to do the trick, but I think it's fairly rigid and needs a lot of improvement. The transition from ECC to cloud was fairly hard, and moving to the cloud is quite a jump.
