What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP S/4HANA Cloud because it provides real-time data processing along with strong analytics capabilities. The way it integrates finance, HR, and operations helps create a unified view of the business, which makes it easier to connect insights across teams. Its cloud model also reduces infrastructure costs while supporting scalability as needs change. On top of that, the automation and AI features help improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can feel complex and comes with a steep learning curve for new users. Customization options are also more limited than in on-premise versions. Implementation and migration can be time-consuming and costly, and occasional performance or integration challenges may still come up, especially when working with legacy systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to be very smooth software, especially for accounting. It works well for PO creation, work order creation, and ensures a smooth accounting process overall. I appreciate that it is a connected software for all the industry, functioning as a complete all-in-one software for enterprises. The basic implementation was good, and the software now runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there can be an improvement regarding the smoothness of the implementation process.

I use SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to manage core business processes like finance, procurement, sales, and reporting in one centralized system. I like the real-time processing and embedded analytics, which provide instant insights for faster decision-making. The user-friendly Fiori interface improves usability, while automation of core processes reduces manual effort and errors. Its cloud-based model ensures scalability, regular updates, and minimizes infrastructure management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of SAP S/4HANA Cloud could be improved. Customization is more limited compared to on-premise ERP, which can be restrictive for complex or highly specific business requirements. What do you like best about the product?
I love that SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) completely streamlined my business management by putting everything in one place. Managing multiple businesses used to be a hassle, but now I can track accounts, stocks, and manage my team directly from my phone, which gives me total control from anywhere. The Real-Time Dashboard is especially powerful because it shows me my profits and stock levels instantly, so I don't wait for reports. It automates mundane tasks like paperwork and manual data entry, freeing me to focus on growing my business. It feels like having a digital assistant that makes everything run smoothly and gives me confidence in making quick, fact-based decisions. Also, the initial setup was pretty smooth thanks to its cloud-based nature and guided configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is excellent, but it does have a slight learning curve at first because there are so many features to explore. Sometimes, the mobile app can feel a bit slow or laggy when loading heavy data reports, and a few of the menus could be a bit more simplified for quicker navigation. Improving the loading speed during peak hours would make it perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud organizes all my business data in one place, automating tedious paperwork and eliminating manual data entry. It lets me track everything from profits to inventory in real-time on my phone, allowing me to focus on scaling my ventures without chaos.
