Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose one of three contract tiers, each bundling a fixed number of user seats with a set volume of contacts or accounts you can track. Startup includes 2 seats and 5K contacts/accounts. Pro includes 10 seats and 25K contacts/accounts. Business includes 20 seats and 50K contacts/accounts. The tiers scale together: as you move up, you get more seats and a larger tracking capacity in one package. Pick the tier that matches your team size and the volume of accounts you plan to monitor. Each is billed as a contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one contact or account against my tier limit?
A contact is an individual developer profile the platform tracks, while an account is a company that developer belongs to. Your tier limit caps how many of these you can actively monitor. The platform includes documentation for managing account and contact limit usage so you can stay within your bundled volume.
What happens if my team grows or I need to track more accounts than my tier allows?
Each tier bundles a fixed number of seats with a set tracking volume. Moving to a higher tier gives you both more seats and a larger contact/account capacity together. The change is not automatic; you select the tier that fits your team size and monitoring needs when you contract.
Does the number of seats or the contact/account volume drive which tier I need?
Both metrics are bundled and move together in each tier. You cannot buy more seats without also getting more tracking capacity, or vice versa. Pick the tier where both the seat count matches your team and the contact/account limit covers the volume you plan to monitor.

What do you like best about the product?
The way Reo surfaces docs and repo paths per account is gold. I can see which features and how-to pages matter and shape our SEO clusters and narratives around that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can feel busy when you turn on too many widgets. A simpler default view would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Built content around real problems buyers are exploring. That improved time on page and drove more demo intent from organic.
