You choose one of three subscription tiers billed as a contract. Starter gives you a single organization on one blockchain. Basic supports one organization with 10,000 wallets and three blockchains. Pro covers two organizations with 50,000 wallets and ten blockchains, plus pay-as-you-go for extra wallets. Each tier raises the included wallet count, blockchain support, and monthly signature allowance. The vendor never charges fees on assets or transfer volume, so you pay a set subscription plus wallet usage. Higher tiers add deployment and support capabilities. All three tiers are self-service.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one signature in my monthly allowance?
A signature is produced whenever a transaction gets authorized and signed by the key management service. Starter includes 100 signatures per month, Basic includes 1,000, and Pro includes 10,000. Higher volumes are available on request. Reach out to the vendor to discuss larger needs.
What happens to cost if I exceed my included wallet count on Pro?
Pro includes 50,000 wallets with pay-as-you-go pricing for extra wallets. Additional wallets are priced on a volume basis that gets cheaper the more you run. Because deployments vary, the vendor scopes pricing around your feature and regulatory needs. Contact them to walk through it.
Can I deploy signers in my own cloud or data center under these tiers?
Pro supports hybrid MPC deployment with client-hosted signers. Starter and Basic use vendor-hosted deployment. On-premises options and features like custom signing thresholds are configured per deployment. Contact the vendor to scope the right setup for your requirements.
