Flexera One Makes IT Management Easier

    Reviewed on Sep 06, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Flexera One gives clear visibility into our IT assets and licenses, which really helps in controlling costs. I like that it brings data from different sources into one place and makes it easier to track usage, compliance, and cloud spend. The dashboards are also quite user-friendly, so it doesn’t take long to find the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform feels a bit complex at first, and it takes time to understand all the features. The loading speed can be slow when dealing with large data sets, and the integration process with some tools could be smoother. A simpler interface and quicker performance would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexera One is helping us track software licenses, cloud costs, and IT assets in one place. Earlier it was difficult to know where we were overspending or underusing licenses, but now we have better visibility and control. This has helped us reduce unnecessary costs, stay compliant, and make smarter decisions about resource usage.

Driving Cost Savings and Compliance with Flexera One

    Reviewed on Sep 02, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Flexera One is the unified visibility it provides across software, hardware, SaaS, and cloud assets, making it much easier to manage the entire IT landscape. The platform offers valuable optimization insights, helping identify unused licenses and rightsize cloud resources, which drives significant cost savings. I also appreciate the automated license reconciliation that reduces audit risk, as well as the strong integrations with systems like ServiceNow and VMware, which streamline data flow. Finally, the reporting and dashboards are intuitive, making it simple to communicate findings and justify budget decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Flexera One is powerful, it has a steep learning curve due to its many features, which can make onboarding challenging. Initial setup and integration with multiple systems can be time-consuming, and some dashboards and interfaces feel less intuitive than they could be. Additionally, performance can be slower with very large datasets, and support response times are sometimes longer than expected. Finally, the cost of licensing and subscriptions may be high for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexera One solves several key IT challenges by providing complete visibility into software, cloud, and hardware assets, ensuring we know exactly what we have and how it’s being used. It helps optimize costs by identifying unused licenses and underutilized cloud resources, reducing unnecessary spending. The platform also automates license reconciliation and compliance tracking, lowering audit risk and saving time compared to manual processes. Overall, it enables better decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and gives us confidence in managing our IT environment.
