Overview
Self-hosted Git, packaged to run in production from first boot: automatic HTTPS (Caddy with Let's Encrypt or self-signed), PostgreSQL persistence, a firewall, and automatic security updates. Host your repositories, issues, pull requests, wiki, and built-in CI in your own AWS account - own your code and your data, with no per-seat fees.
Git-over-SSH is available on port 2222 and HTTPS clone works out of the box. The hardened Ubuntu 24.04 base includes a ufw firewall, key-only SSH, and unattended security updates. Auto-generated admin credentials are written on first boot.
This is independent software packaged by AppXen and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Gitea project.
