The true HTAP capability is definitely my favorite part. It completely eliminates the need for us to manage separate OLTP and OLAP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
While their support team is super responsive and helpful, I feel that the official documentation could be a bit more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effectively resolved our data silo issues. Thanks to the unified storage and compute separation, we managed to reduce our infrastructure costs by around 40% while gaining real-time business insights.
