Lightweight ephemeral environments inside your Kubernetes cluster, so developers and AI coding agents can verify every change against real dependencies, either in their local environment or pre-merge in CI. Self-serve Business tier from $250/month. Enterprise plans via private offer.
Signadot is a Kubernetes-native verification platform for teams building with AI coding agents. It gives developers and agents realistic, on-demand environments inside the cluster you already run, so every change can be tested end-to-end against real services, databases, and queues before it merges.
Coding agents have multiplied pull request volume, but verification capacity has stayed flat. Shared staging becomes a queue, and duplicating a full namespace for every coding agent session or PR is slow and expensive. Signadot removes that bottleneck without copying your stack.
Trusted by engineering teams at Brex, Miro, Wealthsimple, SoFi, Calendly, and Laurel.

HOW IT WORKS
The Signadot operator installs in your Kubernetes cluster and connects to the Signadot SaaS control plane. Developers, CI pipelines, and coding agents then create environments on demand through the Signadot CLI, API, or MCP server.
Each environment deploys only the services a change touches. Signadot routes requests based on their request headers: requests for an environment go to the changed services, while everything else goes to the stable versions already running in your cluster. Environments are ready in seconds and isolated from each other, so hundreds of changes can be verified in parallel.
--
WHAT YOU GET
Ephemeral environments (Sandboxes in the Signadot app): one per pull request, branch, or agent task, created automatically from CI or on demand.
Jobs: run Playwright, Cypress, integration, and end-to-end suites inside each environment, in parallel.
Local development: connect a developer's workstation (a devbox) to the cluster to run a service locally against real dependencies.
Smart Tests: compare how changed services respond against the stable version to catch breaking API changes without writing new tests.
Plans: reusable verification checks your platform team defines once and both CI and coding agents run.
Resource plugins: create per-environment databases, queues, and other resources when a change needs isolated state.

BUILT FOR CODING AGENTS
Coding agents write code fast, but they can't tell whether a change works until it runs against the rest of the system. Signadot gives every agent a real environment to verify its own work, so developers receive verified changes instead of untested diffs.
How agents connect:
Signadot MCP server: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other MCP-compatible agents create and manage environments directly from the coding session.
Signadot CLI: any agent that can run shell commands can use the same workflows.
What agents can do:
Create an environment for each task or session, ready in seconds inside your cluster.
Run their change against real upstream and downstream services, databases, and queues.
Run Plans, the reusable verification checks your platform team defines once, so agents and CI verify changes the same way.
Read the results, fix failures, and re-run before opening a PR.
Verified at every stage:
While coding: agents test each iteration against real dependencies in the inner loop, not only when CI runs.
Before merge: every PR arrives with a verified result, so reviewers see evidence the change works, not just a diff.

WORKS WITH YOUR STACK
Amazon EKS and any conformant Kubernetes cluster. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Bitbucket. Istio and Linkerd, or no service mesh. The Signadot operator runs in your cluster, so your workloads stay in your own AWS account.

Highlights
Verify every PR before merge: each pull request gets its own lightweight ephemeral environment in your existing Kubernetes cluster, ready in seconds, so test suites run in parallel instead of queuing for shared staging.
Built for coding agents: Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex use the Signadot MCP server or CLI to spin up environments, test against real services, and fix failures before a PR is opened.
Trusted at scale: used by enterprise engineering teams at Brex, Laurel, Wealthsimple, SoFi, and more. SOC 2 Type II. Runs alongside Amazon EKS and bills through your AWS account.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
The base plan includes 100 ephemeral environments (sandboxes) per month, 200 test invocations per month, 15 concurrent devboxes, 3 Kubernetes clusters, 5 resource plugins. Support is available through the Community Slack and email. Add-ons available as usage grows, up to 400 environments per month. For more, ask for an Enterprise private offer.
$250.00
+50 environments per month
Adds 50 ephemeral environment (sandbox) creations per month.
Buy up to 6 blocks, for a Business tier maximum of 400 per month.
$300.00
+100 test invocations per month
Adds 100 test invocations per month.
One invocation is one test suite run (a Job or Smart Test) against an environment (sandbox).
$50.00
+5 concurrent devboxes
Adds 5 concurrent devboxes.
Lets 5 more developers connect a local workstation to the cluster at the same time.
$200.00
SSO add-on
Adds single sign-on with your identity provider for your Signadot organization.
You start with the Business Base Plan, which bundles a set monthly allowance of ephemeral environments (sandboxes), test invocations, concurrent devboxes, Kubernetes clusters, and resource plugins. From there, you buy independent usage add-ons as your needs grow. You can add blocks of 50 environments per month, up to 400. You can add blocks of 100 test invocations per month. You can add blocks of 5 concurrent devboxes. A separate SSO add-on enables single sign-on with your identity provider. Each add-on is priced on its own, so you scale only the capacity you need.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one test invocation for billing?
One invocation is a single test suite run against a sandbox environment. Running one Job or one Smart Test counts as one invocation, no matter how many individual tests execute inside it. Suite size does not change the count.
What is one ephemeral environment (sandbox), and when does creating one count toward billing?
A sandbox is a lightweight per-change environment that deploys only the services you changed and routes everything else to shared dependencies. You are billed per sandbox creation. Updates to an existing sandbox do not count. Each new creation draws from your monthly environment allowance.
How do the base plan and add-ons combine on my bill, and which usage drives cost?
The base plan sets your included allowances. Each add-on bills separately: environment blocks, test invocation blocks, and devbox blocks add on top. They do not multiply together. Environment creations and test invocations usually drive variable cost, since those scale with how often your team ships changes.
