Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract-based listing bundles two separate pricing dimensions. The first covers the number of incentivisable entities, meaning active agent codes like sellers, lead generators, and partner main and sub codes, up to 2,000 agents. This scales with the size of the intermediary network you manage on the platform. The second covers Managed Service Credits, which fund extra managed services such as integrations, compensation setup, and channel hierarchy setup, up to 20 credits. The two dimensions work independently: one sizes your active agent capacity, while the other funds setup and integration work. You select quantities for each based on your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one incentivisable entity for billing?
One entity is an active agent code managed on the platform. This includes sellers, lead generators, and partner main codes and sub codes. Each code counts separately, even within the same sales hierarchy. Your contract covers up to 2,000 agent codes.
What do Managed Service Credits pay for, and how are they consumed?
Credits fund extra managed services such as system integrations, compensation setup, and channel hierarchy setup. This covers work like initial setup, configuration updates, and data management performed by the vendor team. Your contract includes up to 20 credits, drawn down as these services are delivered.
How do the agent capacity and Managed Service Credit dimensions combine on my bill?
The two dimensions bill independently and appear together on the same contract. Agent code capacity sizes how many intermediaries you manage. Managed Service Credits fund setup and integration work. Adding more agents does not consume credits, and using credits does not change your agent count.
