EU authorised representative under Article 6 of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR, Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as amended by 2025/2650) for operators and traders outside the EU. We submit your due diligence statements in the EU Information System, return the reference numbers, receive authority correspondence and keep your file for five years. Unlimited statements, no fee per shipment. Europe Services SE (Prague, since 2014).
WHO NEEDS IT
Companies outside the European Union that place cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya or wood products on the EU market, or export them from it, must file a due diligence statement for every product placed on the market (EU Deforestation Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650). Article 6 lets an operator or a trader mandate an authorised representative established in the Union to submit those statements and to handle correspondence with the authorities. Dates: 30 December 2026 for medium and large operators and traders, 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises.

HOW IT WORKS
Subscribe on AWS Marketplace and choose your plan.
Complete the online form, about 5 minutes: your company, the products (HS codes) and your contact person.
A person reviews the file, usually within one working day. You receive the signed mandate, the certificate and access to submit your data for the statements.
GOOD TO KNOW
The mandate moves the filing and the correspondence, not the liability: under Article 6 the operator remains responsible for compliance, and collecting geolocation data and assessing risk stay with you and your suppliers. After the December 2025 amendment most downstream companies no longer file their own statements; if you are unsure whether you still need one, write to us before buying and we will tell you honestly. Europe Services SE, Prague, EU representative since 2014. Billing on your AWS invoice; cancel any time, the contract simply does not renew. Not included: legal advice, supply-chain audits, geolocation mapping and risk assessment.

This listing offers three contract tiers that all provide the same service: acting as your Article 6 authorised representative to file due diligence statements under the EU Deforestation Regulation. The tiers differ only by how many products, identified by HS codes, you can cover. Small Business covers up to 2 products, Business covers up to 5, and Pro covers up to 10. Each tier runs on a 12-month term and includes unlimited due diligence statements, with no per-shipment fee. Pricing scales with the number of covered products, so you pick the tier matching your product count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one product for the product count in each tier?
A product is identified by its HS code, the customs classification used in the regulation's Annex I. Each distinct HS code counts as one product. The covered commodities include cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya, and wood, plus derived products listed in the annex.
Does my bill change based on how many due diligence statements or shipments I file?
No. Each tier includes unlimited due diligence statements for the covered products, and there is no fee per shipment. Your cost is set by the number of products (HS codes) covered, not by filing volume or consignment count. Statement volume does not change what you pay.
What does the authorised representative actually do, and what stays my responsibility?
The representative files statements in the Information System using your data, returns reference numbers, receives authority correspondence, and holds documentation for the five-year retention period. You remain responsible for compliance. Collecting geolocation data, assessing risk, and mitigating it stay with you under Article 6.
