When you decide to suspend your service during your service period, you should cancel / close your account, back up and migrate your data before the next renewal date; a refund is not supported for the remaining time and service of your current service period.
Since this is a SaaS service provided by EasyControl , once payment is confirmed, early termination or refund is not supported.
