Klang records and transcribes digital and in-person meetings with speaker recognition, then summarizes and analyzes them with AI. Notebooks let teams combine the sources they choose, such as interviews, case files and documents, and generate structured reports where every insight can be traced back to what was said. For teams with many meetings, Klang finds connections across projects and answers questions across everything your organization has discussed.
Bought through AWS Marketplace, Klang runs as an isolated instance for your organization only, on AWS, with its own database. Every pack includes single sign-on (SSO), audit logs and access control, custom data retention, an enterprise data processing agreement, and a dedicated success team with an SLA. Klang AI AB is ISO 27001 certified. Privacy was never something to add later: Klang is built for the organizations with the most sensitive conversations.

Dimensions summary
You buy a contract based on how many users you need. The nine tiers scale by included user count: 20, 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 250, 500, and 1000 users. Each tier gives you the same thing — an isolated instance running on AWS, dedicated to your organization, with its own database and single sign-on (SSO). The tiers differ only in the number of users included. Pick the tier that matches your team size. Larger teams choose a higher tier to cover more users.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each user is one account with access to your isolated instance. The included count (20 up to 1000) sets how many accounts can use the system at once. All accounts share the same dedicated database and single sign-on within your organization's instance.
Each tier includes a fixed number of users. If your team outgrows that count, you move to a higher tier that covers more users. The change is not automatic. Contact the vendor to adjust the users included in your contract.
Every tier gives your organization a single-tenant instance on AWS. You get your own database, domain, and web server with no shared infrastructure. Single sign-on is included at all tiers. The tiers differ only in how many users are covered.

Vendor refund policy
All contracts are annual. We do not offer refunds for the current contract term. Customers can cancel before renewal by turning off auto-renewal in AWS Marketplace. Questions: support@klang.ai .
