CoreNovaLabs Cloud Forge Hardened Database AMI is an Amazon Linux 2023 runtime AMI for Cloud Forge deployments. It is designed to give small teams a repeatable EC2 host layer for launching self-hosted software through CloudFormation-driven workflows.

Usage instructions
Launch this AMI from Cloud Forge Launcher or the provided CloudFormation template.
Recommended first test:
- Open https://launch.corenovacloud.com and choose a database or TCP application, AWS, us-east-1, and a supported version.
- Subscribe to this Marketplace product, then continue to the generated CloudFormation Quick Create page.
- Use Systems Manager Session Manager where possible. SSH is optional and password login is disabled.
- Restrict the database service port and SSH CIDR before creating the stack.
- Check runtime status with systemctl status cloud-forge-bootstrap, systemctl status docker, and docker compose ps.
This AMI does not include Caddy; catalog templates expose the selected native TCP service port.
