AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Minimal subscription to enable Dialogue & Search to run.
Minimum price (up to 1 million requests included). This price doesn't include your AWS consumption for the underlying infrastructure. Extra costs may apply (eg: LLM on BedRock).
This listing uses a single contract dimension billed by requests. You pay a minimum subscription price that enables Dialogue & Search to run, and this includes up to 1 million requests. The price covers the software only. It does not include your AWS charges for the underlying infrastructure. Extra costs may apply for services like large language models running on Bedrock. Because pricing scales with request volume, usage beyond the included 1 million requests can add costs. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose here.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one request for billing purposes?
A request is a single call handled by the Dialogue & Search software, such as a message exchanged with a chatbot, callbot, or employee portal. Your subscription includes up to 1 million requests. Volume beyond that count can add costs. Each interaction with the platform draws down against your included requests.
What is not covered by the subscription price?
The subscription price covers the software only. It does not include your AWS charges for the underlying infrastructure that runs the platform. Extra costs may also apply for connected services, such as large language models running on Bedrock. Budget for these separately from the software subscription.
What happens if my usage passes the 1 million included requests?
The minimum subscription includes up to 1 million requests. Usage beyond that count can add costs, since pricing scales with request volume. Because the product supports high-volume channels like chatbots and callbots, request counts can grow with adoption. Contact the vendor to confirm how added volume is billed.
