You pay in two parts. First, a one-time Base Fee Per Project Enrollment covers engagement, review, and data room setup. This fee is non-refundable and billed when you register a project. Second, you pay an Audit Fee for each construction project, priced by document volume. Three volume tiers apply: up to 5,000,000, between 5,000,000 and 10,000,000, and over 10,000,000. Your audit cost scales with the volume tier your project falls into. Each project is billed individually, so total cost depends on how many projects you enroll and their size.

The service processes the document set and assigns your project to a volume tier: up to 5,000,000, 5,000,000 to 10,000,000, or over 10,000,000. Contact the vendor to confirm the exact unit counted.
Both charges apply per project and add together. The Base Fee Per Project Enrollment is a one-time, non-refundable charge billed at registration and data room setup. The Audit Fee is then billed based on your project's volume tier. The volume-based Audit Fee typically drives most of the cost for larger projects.
You receive a PDF report with defined risk classes and strategic options, following automated analysis and a manual expert review. Legal representation is not part of the audit fee. On request, the vendor can connect you to external specialist law firms to convert findings into formal actions.

Vendor refund policy
Due to the custom, expert-validated nature of MDS Trilogy audits, all transactions are final. The base room fee is non-refundable upon project registration. Refund requests for scaled pricing components must be submitted in writing to kontakt@mds24.eu within 14 days of delivery and will be reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis.
