Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance size you run. The 22 dimensions map to specific instance types across two families: the t-series (t2, t3, t3a) and the m-series (m3, m4). Within each family, prices scale with instance capacity, from medium up through larger sizes like 2xlarge, 4xlarge, and 16xlarge. You choose the instance that fits your workload, and billing follows how many hours you run it. Each hourly rate covers the software running on that instance size. No upfront commitment applies under this usage-based model.

Each hourly rate covers the Next.js software running on that specific EC2 instance size, plus the security and support Hossted layers on top. The rate scales with instance capacity. You pay only for hours the instance runs, with no upfront commitment under this usage-based model.

Hossted provides applicative support for open-source software, including troubleshooting, usage and adaptation guidance, and 24/7 availability. After deployment, you can access your application at http://<public IP>. (It might take up to 15 minutes to be available post-deployment). The machine is accessible via SSH, default username: ubuntu. Where relevant, app login credentials are available on message of the day (and /etc/motd).
