Overview Dolibarr is a popular open source ERP and CRM platform used by businesses, freelancers and non profit organisations worldwide to manage contacts, customers, suppliers, invoices, orders, products, stock, projects and accounting from a single web application. This image delivers Dolibarr fully installed and configured, so a complete business management platform is running within minutes of launch. The current release available is Dolibarr 23.
Application Stack Dolibarr. PHP 8.3 with OPcache and the extensions Dolibarr requires. nginx web server. MariaDB database. Dolibarr's scheduled jobs run every five minutes through a systemd timer.
Secure First Boot On the first boot of your instance a one shot service generates a fresh MariaDB password and a fresh Dolibarr administrator password, unique to that instance, and writes them to a root only file. No shared or default credentials ship in the image.
Ready To Use The Dolibarr code tree, web server and database are all configured and the install wizard is already completed and locked. Browse to the instance address and sign in to manage third parties, proposals, orders, invoices, products, stock, projects and accounting. Dolibarr accepts requests on whatever hostname or IP address you reach it on.

Usage instructions
Connect via SSH on port 22 as the default login user for your operating system variant (the user guide lists it per variant). Dolibarr is served on port 80. Browse to http://<instance-public-ip>/ and sign in as the 'admin' user. Retrieve the generated administrator password with: sudo cat /root/dolibarr-credentials.txt. To enable HTTPS, follow the Let's Encrypt section of the user guide.
