Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Safety iResponse under a contract, priced per user. Two per-user options match your setting: one for education and one for business. Each requires a minimum of 500 users. A separate Base License covers the business version and includes 500 users. You pick the per-user dimension that fits your organization type, then scale the count above the 500-user minimum. The Base License sets your starting business package, while the per-user dimensions let you add users beyond that baseline. Pricing rises with the number of users you enroll.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the per-user dimensions?
A user is one enrolled person who can access the platform. This includes staff, employees, or other stakeholders who receive alerts and use safety tools. You count each individual account. Both per-user dimensions set a 500-user minimum, so your billable count starts at 500 and rises with each added person.
How do the Base License and per-user dimensions combine on my bill?
The Base License covers the business version and includes 500 users as your starting package. The per-user business dimension lets you add users beyond that 500-user baseline. You pay the Base License once for the included users, then add per-user charges for enrollment above the baseline. Both charges appear together.
How do the education and business per-user options differ for my organization?
You choose the per-user dimension that matches your organization type. The education option covers schools and includes tools like student reunification and anonymous tip reporting. The business option covers workplaces such as stores, offices, and utilities. Both require a 500-user minimum and access the platform through the app or any web browser.

What do you like best about the product?
With all the crisis situations we see in the news and our own backyards, this app helps keep up connected and safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too easy to set it off by mistake so I don't even open the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can also use the app for security issues or questions without setting off the red alert.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of having an alert system that can alert the school about potential dangers and how to proceed if there is a shooter or bomb threat
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a work in progress and has tons of bugs that need to be fixed. I think they need a good programmer to fix all those bugs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there are active shooters in the area, bomb threats, weather related threats etc, it generates rosters for our classes so we can account for all students and alerts correct authorities. You can also communicate through the app with your colleagues

CrisisGo—a fantastic app you hope you never need

What do you like best about the product?
I like the straightforward, easy to navigate interface. When utilizing in an emergency, you need it to be intuitive and simple so you can send and receive information quickly and quietly. The tools included (like the flashlight and the alarm/siren) are very handy and utilitarian; there isn't nonessential stuff taking up space in the app, which is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the testing process, there were some inconsistencies we found when trying to use the app during a hostile intruder drill; namely, the fact that you need to take additional steps (or it’s not very clear) how to silence notifications in the app. In this type of emergency, it’s important to be able to immediately stop loud noises and not have to fumble with it.

This is an important app to use with our school as a way to communicate between faculty and staff throughout the building, as well as communicate with parents in real time. Unfortunately, this is the kind of program that is fairly essential these days. CrisisGo is helping us be prepared to deal with school-wide emergencies in a much more efficient manner that will hopefully take some of the unnecessary stress off of faculty and parents both.
