Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
Florence Sitelink uses a contract pricing model with two dimensions that work together. The Annual Commitment covers the Starter Pack, your base yearly subscription. The Active Study Site dimension adds a monthly subscription fee tied to the number of active study sites you manage. This means your cost scales with how many sites participate in your studies. As you add active sites, the per-site monthly charge grows, while the Starter Pack stays as your annual foundation. Together these set your committed spend for the term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An active study site is a research site actively participating in your studies within SiteLink. Florence counts your current active site total each month, and the per-site subscription fee applies to that count. Sites that are no longer active would not be included in the active count.
Two charges apply together. The Annual Commitment for the Starter Pack is a fixed yearly base. The Active Study Site fee is billed monthly and rises with your active site count. As you add sites, the per-site monthly charge grows and tends to drive most of the cost at larger scale.
The pricing dimensions cover the Starter Pack and active site subscription. Florence states separate fees apply for support and onboarding, with cost and support level varying by customer needs. These are not part of the listed subscription dimensions, so confirm them with the vendor.
