Varonis has helped us identify and reduce data security risks across our environment, particularly excessive access, sensitive data exposure, stale data, and external sharing. It gives us much better visibility into where sensitive data resides and who has access to it, while helping us prioritize and automate remediation at scale. This has significantly strengthened our overall data protection posture and reduced manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the Varonis Data Security Platform, which allows multiple techs to use it without complex training. It's also more user-friendly than the previous tool we used, Microsoft Purview. Additionally, the Varonis team is very responsive and hands-on, making us feel heard and promptly addressing any issues we have, which creates a great client experience for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to fight for the cost of it, but I understand the value. Maybe bundling some of the different capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Varonis Data Security Platform uncovers data posture gaps and is easy to use, requiring minimal training.

What do you dislike about the product?
we have had some struggles with maintaining and working the issues Varonis has found. It isn't a Varonis issue but a SimonMed resource constraint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify stale links and review permissions is a huge help. It also makes a big difference to clearly understand what data resides where.
