Marketplace Central gives procurement, FinOps, and finance teams a purpose-built portal to manage all AWS Marketplace agreements, private offers, free trials, and invoices -- without AWS Console access. Deployed serverlessly in your own AWS account. No data leaves your environment.
Marketplace Central is a purpose-built procurement portal that gives procurement managers, FinOps leads, finance teams, and IT directors full control over their AWS Marketplace footprint -- without ever requiring AWS Console access. Deployed serverlessly inside your own delegated administrator AWS account, Marketplace Central surfaces agreements, private offers, free trials, and invoices in a clean, role-appropriate interface designed for business users, not cloud engineers.
What You Can Do
Manage Agreements -- View, track, and act on all active AWS Marketplace agreements from a single screen. Filter by product, seller, status, or expiration date.
Review and Accept Private Offers -- Receive special pricing offers from sellers, review terms and pricing, and accept agreements with a purchase order number -- all in one workflow.
Track Free Trials -- Monitor active free trial periods and receive proactive alerts before trial conversions.
Invoice Visibility -- Access and download AWS Marketplace invoices without navigating Cost Explorer or AWS billing dashboards.
Procurement Workflow Integration -- Connect to your existing ERP or procurement system (Workday, SAP Business Network, Coupa) for purchase order lookup at point of agreement acceptance.
How It's Deployed
Marketplace Central is deployed into your organization's AWS delegated administrator account using serverless infrastructure -- AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, SES, and API Gateway. There is no SaaS cloud tenant. Your Marketplace data never leaves your AWS environment. Setup is completed within your account, and access is controlled by your own identity configuration.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Marketplace Central sells on a contract basis across three tiers set by contract volume. Essentials covers up to 25 contracts, Growth up to 75, and Professional up to 200. You pick the tier that matches how many contracts you manage. Pricing scales by that contract ceiling, so each step up raises the number of contracts you can handle. The tiers are the same product at different volume limits, not separate feature sets. Marketplace Central provides AI-powered procurement for AWS Marketplace, including contract analysis, offer management, and spend tracking.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one contract toward my tier limit?
A contract is a single cloud software purchase agreement you manage in Marketplace Central. This covers agreements you discover, negotiate, and track. Each tier caps how many of these agreements you can hold: up to 25, 75, or 200. The count reflects active agreements under management, not one-time actions.
What happens when I reach the contract limit on my tier?
Each tier sets a ceiling on contracts you can manage. Essentials stops at 25, Growth at 75, and Professional at 200. To manage more contracts, you move to a tier with a higher ceiling. The tiers differ only by that contract limit, so a move raises your capacity, not your feature set.
What features do I get regardless of which tier I pick?
All three tiers deliver the same product. You get AI-powered procurement for AWS Marketplace, including contract analysis, offer management, spend tracking, and vendor communications in one dashboard. Only the contract volume you can manage changes between Essentials, Growth, and Professional.
