Vendor refund policy
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the initial subscription date. To request a refund, contact our support team at inmotioncloud@grupoinmotion.com with your AWS Account ID and subscription details. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.
