Overview
SmartPCI allows your agents using Amazon Connect Agent Workspace to take card payments over the phone from customers. Agents will not be able to see or hear any card details but are able to see progress from the customer in real-time. Customers will experience an automated journey supporting payment information via key presses (DTMF) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) for fully accessible payments.
Taking payments over SmartPCI means your contact centre does not enter into PCI DSS scope - reducing exposure to risk and saving you time and money. SmartPCI is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant & certified plugin for Amazon Connect, allowing your agents to take card payments, even in a hybrid working environment.
