Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
Civis is a special technological tool used for checking various types of data related to various people. Its main purpose is to help NPO in effectively taking valuable data out for the use of organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issue yet. So far, it's performing as I anticipated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped our NGO by providing valuable data data, streamlining processes, and helping in data-based decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
They provide simple access to a broad range of data in a simplified package environment. They'll work with you either as a raw data provider, packaged data provider or a solutions partner. They are flexible, easy to work with and very willing to build something that works for you as the client. Their client centricity and partnership has you feeling like you're working with a nimble partner and their technical skills and resources are outstanding!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! They are a great partner and we whenever there is an issue, they solve it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the population level data from Civis to help analyze, model and predict behavior at retail. Using their data we provide a very differentiated market level view at retail that competitors salivate over.

Everyone we've worked with has been the smartest person we've ever encountered, yet they make complex data come alive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there has been a downside. Cost is always an issue, but far and away the best investment we've ever made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying customers needs and wants before they've clearly defined them for themselves. Heading off negative perception with course correction where applicable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely let someone from your team who is more fluent in Data Science ask questions, but don't let them lead the conversations - far and away, even your most experienced data person is light years behind these guys.
