2501 is an AIOps platform that resolves IT operations tickets on its own. Agents pick up tickets from your ITSM, investigate and fix the issue on the target host, then report back in the same ticket. Runs on-prem, in the cloud, or hybrid.
2501 is an autonomous agent platform for IT operations. You point it at the machines you operate, give it a few rules about how your environment works, and it handles incoming tickets: investigating, fixing, and reporting back in the ticket your team already lives in.
How it works. A ticket arrives in your ITSM. The 2501 gateway reads it, picks the right host and agent, and creates a job. The agent runs commands on the target host, observes the results, and adapts. The gateway posts the outcome back to the ticket. ServiceNow is supported out of the box, and custom gateways connect other ticketing systems.
Built for operations teams. Agents are bound to a host and a specialty, follow the rules you set, and draw on your own knowledge base. Your L1 and L2 queue gets worked around the clock, and your engineers keep the escalations that need them.
Managed your way. Command Center gives you one place to manage hosts, agents, rules, knowledge, tasks and analytics. Everything is also available through a versioned HTTP API, so you can drive 2501 from a pipeline or a CMDB sync.
Deploy where your data lives. Run 2501 on-prem, in the cloud, or hybrid. On-prem deployments can run fully air-gapped with models inside your own GPU clusters.
Security. 2501 is ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA certified.
Plans start at $100,000 a year. Request a private offer for a quote sized to your environment.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one billable unit represent for 2501.ai?
Pricing is based on licensing plus the number of monitored nodes and the number of autonomous tasks your agents handle. A node is an infrastructure component your agent runs against, such as a server, VM, firewall, or cluster. Task volume reflects how many actions the agents perform.
How do the SaaS and On-Premise - LLM preferred options differ in how they run?
The SaaS options run through the vendor's APIs, with either their trusted LLM providers or your chosen providers. On-Premise - LLM preferred deploys fully on your own architecture via Docker images or binaries. Your data stays inside your network, and you pick your LLM partners from the vendor's selection.
What drives my bill more — monitored nodes or autonomous tasks?
Both metrics apply on top of the base license. Monitored node count drives cost for large environments with many servers or clusters. Autonomous task volume drives cost where agents handle frequent actions. The two combine, so a high count in either raises your total.
