Technology has been managed as a cost for two decades. It has been behaving as capital for at least one. OPTIMAZE exists to close that gap.
95% of AI experiments do not return value (MIT)
30% of enterprise cloud spend is wasted (Gartner)
55% of cloud commitments are based on guesstimates
31 days, the average time to detect and fix a cost anomaly
The typical response is a manual initiative, a point-in-time optimization tool, or an expensive consulting engagement. Recommendations get made, tickets get created, only for priorities to shift promptly and efficiency to drop again. The financial and environmental cost compounds.
The root cause comes down to three structural failures that no optimization tool or consulting engagement has adequately solved:
Stale, inaccurate cost data - source data is erroneous, unattributed, attributed incorrectly and manual
No financial benchmarking - cost owners have limited ways to assess their own performance against meaningful (business goal aligned) baselines
Centralized FinOps - centralized teams can't scale fast enough to meet organizational demand for financial intelligence.
Tool sprawl - a fast changing world means teams leverage more tools than ever, custom dashboards can't keep up.
OPTIMAZE Technology Capital Performance Platform
OPTIMAZE uses agentic AI to connect spend to engineering output.
Cost Attribution in unlimited dimensions
Attribute every dollar of AI and Cloud spend to team, service, feature, or customer, automatically, in real-time, and without asking finance. Enrich cost data automatically and map it to your engineering taxonomy so every squad owns their budget and performance metrics.
Connect Spend to Engineering Output
Stop defending your AI and cloud budget with gut feel. See in real time which models, pipelines and features are generating value and kill the ones that aren't before they compound.
Cost Performance Awareness in the Developer Workflow
Metrics your developers will actually action. Overlay token spend with unit economics and KPIs so engineering teams can make cost vs. return aware decisions without leaving their workflow. For example:
ROI per AI experiment
Tokens spent per outcome
Cost per token
Cost per transaction
Cost per customer
Cost per per product
Margin per product or feature
Scale Without Scaling the Ops Team
As your environment grows, your FinOps headcount shouldn't have to. Automate cost intelligence across every environment so your team stays lean while your infrastructure grows.
Fixed, easy to forecast pricing
OPTIMAZE pricing is designed to be predictable:
Fixed pricing based on spend under management tiers
Private offer for enterprises above $25M spend under management
OPTIMAZE integrates alongside your existing optimization tooling, consulting partners, and FinOps programs, accelerating their impact and cementing lasting systems that drive continuous efficiency.
Whether you are an Engineer seeking real-time cost visibility by service and feature, a Finance professional needing accurate attribution and automated reporting, a Product lead wanting Unit Economics tied to product performance, or a Business executive requiring cloud spend aligned to outcomes and benchmarks, OPTIMAZE delivers a single platform that works across every role.
Highlights

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

This platform bills you on a tiered contract model based on your total spend under management. You are placed automatically in one of six tiers by how much technology spend the platform monitors. Startup free covers spend up to $250,000 at no cost. Startup, Growth 1, Growth 2, Scale 1, and Scale 2 each cover progressively higher spend bands. Your tier can change during the contract term as your spend under management rises or falls. Pricing scales with the amount of spend the platform manages, not by users or features.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as spend under management for setting my billing tier?
Spend under management is the total annual AI, cloud, SaaS, and infrastructure cost the platform monitors and attributes. The platform connects to your providers and tracks that spend. Your total spend places you automatically in one of the six tiers, from Startup free up to Scale 2.
What happens to my bill if my monitored spend crosses into a higher tier?
You move automatically into the tier that matches your total spend under management. The platform places you based on your spend band, not on user count or features. Your tier can change up or down during the contract term as monitored spend rises or falls.
Does the number of users or integrations change my price within a tier?
No. Price is driven only by your spend under management band, not by users, features, or integrations. The tier you land in determines your cost. Adding users or connecting more providers does not change your billing tier on its own.
