You choose from three editions billed per SAP landscape. Each landscape can include up to 4 SIDs connected to the same SAP transport system. The Free Trial Edition runs for a maximum of one month and opens all out-of-the-box features. The Standard Edition uses a one-time payment with a 12-month minimum term. The Monthly Edition charges per month, also with a 12-month minimum term. The Standard and Monthly Editions differ only in payment timing; both add workflow customization and an end-to-end system monitoring bundle.

Vendor refund policy
As per IT-Conductor Subscription Service Agreement, IT-Conductor does not issue refunds for monthly or annual terms. If you are on a paid plan, you can cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. For multi-year terms, unused years can be refunded.
