Pricing is organized into three license packs, each sold in fixed user quantities. Strategic Planner Packs come in 20, 50, and 100 users, all as Project Lead licenses for high-level investment planning. Project Tracker Packs come in 50, 100, and 200 users, mixing Project Lead and Team Member licenses at a 1-to-4 ratio for task tracking and delivery. Resource Manager Packs come in 50, 100, and 200 users, blending Lead and Team Member licenses for staffing and capacity planning. You choose the pack matching your use case, then scale by selecting a larger user count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A Project Lead license gives full access to features for planning and managing work. A Team Member license supports task tracking, timesheets, and basic project visibility. Strategic Planner Packs include only Project Lead licenses. Project Tracker and Resource Manager Packs blend both license types in fixed ratios.
Each pack is sold in a set user quantity. You cannot add individual users. To grow, you select a larger pack within the same category, for example moving from a 50-user to a 100-user Project Tracker Pack. The pack quantity you choose determines the total license count you receive.
Packs deliver Clarity licenses running as SaaS on AWS. This covers cloud hosting, data encryption at rest and in transit, continuous hourly backups, auto-scaling, and access to a library of ready-to-use solutions. Software updates and maintenance are handled by the vendor rather than your IT staff.
