AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy this platform through annual license fees priced per user, with rates set by role. Enterprise User, Manager User, and Administrator User licenses each bill separately per user per year. A Data Analysis License adds embedded reporting and analytics access, also billed annually per user. The 200 User Solution bundles 200 user licenses with 30 data analysis licenses and a training site. Data Migration is a one-time fee to move records from a legacy system. For pricing outside these options, Custom Private Offers are available by contacting the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How do the different user license roles differ, and how are they counted for billing?
Each license is billed per user per year, based on role. Enterprise, Manager, and Administrator licenses cover different access levels within the platform. Administrators maintain data quality and system setup, while other roles focus on case management, outreach, and reporting. You buy one license per named user in each role.
What does the Data Analysis License add that the standard user licenses do not?
The Data Analysis License gives users embedded reporting and analytics access. This includes filtering, joining, and dragging fields into custom reports, plus dashboards to track trends and outcomes. It is billed annually per user and layers on top of the role-based user licenses.
What does the 200 User Solution include, and how does it relate to buying licenses separately?
The 200 User Solution bundles 200 user licenses, 30 data analysis licenses, and a training site into one package. Instead of buying each license line individually, you get a set allocation together. The training site supports onboarding and hands-on learning for your team.
