Clarity comes packed with the complete set of data elements, entry screens, and standard reports required to maintain compliance with both HUD (CoC, ESG) and Federal Partner HMIS requirements. In addition to the numerous pre-built reports, Clarity includes state-of-the-art, easy-to-use data analysis tools.
Coordinated Entry functionality is fully integrated into the HMIS workflow to allow for streamlined assessments, prioritization, referrals, analytics, and a real-time reservation system.
Clarity has various APIs that support integrations with other systems, allowing for sharing between organizations while maintaining compliance with privacy obligations - perfect for bringing together the numerous stakeholders necessary to provide comprehensive, "whole person" integrated care.
Clarity also boasts Progressive Outreach Support. Location-aware technology lets users drop a pin and perform "smart predict" searches. Additionally, users can draw encampments and place service interactions/client locations directly on the Outreach map. Pricing

These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
