- Create a high level design (HLD) document
- Define data scheme
- Identify possible technologies/techniques to use (Machine Learning, Analytics descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive)
- List a scrum backlog
- Iterate over backlog (sprints):
- DataLake configuration (AWS IAM, Amazon S3)
- ETL development (AWS Glue Crawlers, AWS Glue Jobs, AWS Glue Workflows)
- Dashboard and reports publishing (AWS QuickSight, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway).
