    What do you like best about the product?
    It has increased the pace of learning and the availability of on spot solution to skill building needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Assessments shall be tough and difficult at times they are too easy
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Skill building in real time. For instance if I get to train some people on dashboards, I just ask the team to take a course and that's it

    What do you like best about the product?
    The most helpful upside of using Coursera is that it gives us access to a comprehensive range of learning topics and allows us to provide structured learning paths without having to develop all the content internally. This is particularly valuable given our limited resources. Additionally, the learning paths we curated on Coursera have been well received by trainees, who have shared that the content is relevant and aligned with the real challenges they face in their roles. This makes the learning practical, accessible, and impactful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One area for improvement would be expanding the availability of manufacturing-related courses, particularly in the forestry, pulp, paper, and tissue industries. Since these areas are closely aligned with our core business, having more specialized and industry-specific learning content would make Coursera even more relevant for our employees.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Coursera helps solve several business challenges related to capability building and talent development. First, it addresses the lack of internal resources to create and deliver comprehensive learning content by providing access to a wide range of ready-to-use courses. Second, it enables us to offer structured learning paths for trainees and employees in a scalable and cost-effective way. Third, it helps initiate a learning culture by encouraging employees to take ownership of their development and continuously build new skills.

    I honestly haven't found anything that I disklike about Coursera for Business and our Coursera partnership.

    Up to date certification e.g. Amazon Web Services or Agentic AI certifications, allowing our employees to stay current with self-led learning. This saves our company time, money and the challenge of sourcing providers.

    Occasionally the UX is a little slow but this does not interupt the learning
