2) Variable course quality - No courses on CRISPER technology
3) Lack of enforcing review and evaluation more essential from the learners
4) Integration and administration challenges in terms of getting it connected to the agencies LMS system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Coursera for Business because of its world-class content and the AI-enabled Coursera catalog. These tools allow our people to learn new skills, such as AI, Power BI, and advanced Excel, which they can apply in their day-to-day business roles. These learning opportunities provided by Coursera for Business are highly valuable to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there are some other courses in which the high US accent or non-normalized accent is used. So that needs to be improved in Coursera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coursera for Business for leadership development and essential skills like AI, Power BI, and Excel. It provides world-class content, helping our team learn and apply new skills in their everyday roles.
