AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing prices as a contract with four building blocks you combine to fit your program. You start with the Base Platform, which anchors your deployment. You then add user access in packs of one, split into two roles: Analyst Users, who work directly with threat intelligence, and Subscriber Users, who consume it. You can also add Spoke Hosted Tenants in packs of one to extend the deployment to separate hosted environments. Pricing scales as you add more user packs and tenants alongside the required Base Platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between an Analyst User and a Subscriber User for billing?
You buy each in packs of one, so each pack adds one named seat. Analyst Users work directly with the intelligence: they ingest, enrich, correlate, and action threat data. Subscriber Users consume the intelligence rather than operate on it. Match the seat type to what each person actually does in the platform.
What does a Spoke Hosted Tenant cover, and when would I add one?
A Spoke Hosted Tenant is a separate hosted environment tied to your deployment, bought in packs of one. It suits sharing across subsidiaries, business units, or partner communities that need their own tenant. Add tenants as you extend intelligence sharing beyond your central deployment. Each pack adds one tenant.
Which component drives cost as my program grows, and how do the pieces combine?
The Base Platform is required and anchors every deployment. On top of it, cost scales with the number of Analyst User packs, Subscriber User packs, and Spoke Hosted Tenant packs you add. These bill independently and add together. Seat counts usually drive growth for most teams, while tenants scale sharing across separate environments.

The threat emails are not tailored to our company, though the product is stable
Reviewed on Feb 14, 2024
Review provided by PeerSpot
What is our primary use case?
We use the solution for the correlation of threat feeds and reporting.
What is most valuable?
The product is stable. We have no complaints about its stability.
What needs improvement?
The threat emails are not tailored to our company. It just gives us every newsletter and bombards our email box. The solution must be able to provide threat feeds. We shouldn’t have to rely on third parties and pay for additional licenses. The tool doesn't integrate well with ServiceNow. It is our main ticketing platform.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for about a year.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have three users.
How are customer service and support?
We get support from a partner.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very complex. It took us a year to get to where we are, and it is still not fully set up. The solution is cloud-based.
What other advice do I have?
We don't have any threat feeds to correlate with yet. I've recently acquired the role of threat intelligence. We don’t need a lot. It can be customized. The company can do that for us. We haven’t seen much improvements in our organization since we have deployed the product. It's too complex for what we need. Overall, I rate the product a five out of ten.
