Extra usage bills at a prepaid overage rate charged per gigabyte for both bandwidth and storage. The per-gigabyte bandwidth rate drops for bulk purchases. Only the amount over your bundled allowance is charged, so your base tier price stays fixed.
Each Live tier counts only hours of live streaming delivered. Unlike the VOD tiers, Live tiers include no bundled storage or bandwidth. You pick a Live tier by total live hours you expect to broadcast, not by content library size or delivery volume.
