H-ERP for WEB is an advanced ERP web application that includes all the modules that are typically included in advanced ERP applications finance, accounting, sales, procurement, inventory management etc. H ERP for WEB is a true web application: the software is run in the browser and all the data is stored in the cloud (contrary to other applications where only the user interface is a web application while the data and the queries are saved and run in the server in a client-server technology). H ERP for WEB can be run through the browser from any device connected to the internet without installing anything.
H-ERP for WEB complies with all the security and privacy standards required from ERP applications, including Sarbanes Oxley and GDPR. The users can design their data-input screens: the columns to be displayed, their order, the width of each column, the order of the values within the column, etc. H ERP for WEB includes a proprietary advanced search algorithm, embedded in many areas of the software such as Item or Account Search, where upon typing any letters, an autocomplete feature will bring up results that are phonetically similar, covering common user errors such as letter swapping and mistyping some characters.
Highlights

H-ERP WEB pricing separates into three parts. You first pay a one-time H-ERP Registration fee to set up your account. After that, you add the modules you need. The H-ERP Accounting dimension covers financial and bookkeeping activity, and the H-ERP INVENTORY dimension covers stock, purchasing, and sales management. Both module dimensions include 10,000 transactions each. You can buy either module, or both, based on your needs. The two module dimensions price independently, so your cost grows as you add modules and transaction capacity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one transaction against the 10,000 included in each module?
A transaction is a recorded entry the module processes. For H-ERP Accounting, this covers journal entries, bank matches, and postings. For H-ERP INVENTORY, it covers documents like quotes, delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. Each module tracks its own 10,000-transaction count separately.
What does the one-time H-ERP Registration fee cover, and do I pay it again later?
The registration fee sets up your account and is charged once at the start. It is separate from the module dimensions. You pay it to begin using the system. Adding modules later does not repeat this fee; you pay only for the modules you add.
If I run both modules, how do the Accounting and INVENTORY charges combine on my bill?
The two module dimensions bill independently and add together. You pay for H-ERP Accounting and H-ERP INVENTORY as separate line items, each carrying its own 10,000 included transactions. Your total cost reflects how many modules you buy, plus the one-time registration fee.
